The "#Slayit Challenge Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00 AM CT on February 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on February 28, 2019
The Sweepstakes is open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (void for those in New York) who are at least 18 years of age
There is a limit of forty-eight (48) entries per person, regardless of method of entry.
Two (2) Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 1, 2019
There are two (2) methods of entry:
1) Enter at a Topgolf Location
2) To Enter Via Email: In order to enter via this method, entrants must send an email to
[email protected], that includes "#Slayit Sweepstakes" as the subject line and includes their full name, phone number and email address in the body of the email to receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive (i) $10,000 in the form of a check, with an ARV of $10,000, the ("Grand Prize"); (ii) winner will also receive $3,300 issued in the form of a check in the Grand Prize Winner's name which may be used by the Grand Prize Winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Grand Prize Should the Grand Prize Winner's income taxes be higher than $3,300, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $13,300.
FIRST PLACE PRIZE: The First Place Winner will receive a trip for the First Place Winner and one (1) guest of the First Place winner to Atlanta, Georgia ("Destination") on a date mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and First Place Winner between October 1, 2019 and December 15, 2019. Date is subject to change based on Kevin Kisner availability and in Sponsor's sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for First Place Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near First place Winner's primary residence in the United States to Destination, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $1,000; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the First Place Winner resides within 150 miles of Destination. No compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in Prize value. First Place Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for First Place Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $259/night (iii) one (1) $150 pre-paid gift card for First Place Winner (subject to the terms and conditions of pre-paid gift card) for use for incidentals and meals with an ARV of $150 (iv) one (1) $250 transportation gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of gift card), with an ARV of $250; (v) a meet and greet opportunity with Kevin Kisner (No monetary value); (vi) lunch and game play session with Kevin Kisner for First Place Winner and Guest, with an ARV of $200; (vii) one (1) merchandise goodie bag for the First Place Winner, with an ARV of $50; and (vii) two (2) autographed merchandise items, with an ARV of $200; (viii $782.00 issued in the form of a check in the First Place Winner's name which may be used by the First Place Winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the First Place Prize Should the First Place Prize Winner's income taxes be higher than $782.00, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred collectively (the "First Place Prize"). The total ARV of the First Place Prize is $3,150.
The total ARV of all of the prizes is $16,450.
