I called Home Depot's central number to get customer service and they said the stores are supposed to honor the 20% off coupon especially if its from a flyer or something like that she wasn't to sure if it was a print out if they would or not but then with everyone going green and paperless they might soon have to.

No. In my experience you could do that. They will only allow 1 free item per transaction and 1 coupon per item.

Just subscribe to the free magazines that popup around here once in awhile.

I get all these magazines I don't even read, just pull out the HF sheet, like car&driver for example.

I don't see a thread for a free Car and Driver subscription. What others are supposed to be free?

Did a new search and found a dead deal for Car and Driver. Are there any other free mags that have the HF coupons?

You'll find that most of the magazine coupons have a longer shelf-life on the expiration dates. However, accorss the car magaiznes (R&T, C&D, Automobile, etc.), the coupon supplements will be mostly the same. A boat pub might have a few different coupons, Hotrod Magazine too. Sunday newspaper coupon supplements used to have them, but I only get them in the mailed Wednesday copy of Smartsoucre for the last 6 weeks.

If you're looking for anything in particular, check the Wiki and then post here and someone will be willing to help. Also check ebay for some of the better offers. Some post the full coupon on ebay which you can print out without buying. Never buy from Ebay unless we're stumped here.

In my experience, HF usually throws away the coupon after ringing up the sale, so all they need is something that looks like it came from the website or an email.

Anyone have the 20 ton shop press for $150 coupon, ala http://cgi.ebay.com/Harbor-Freigh...4aab1aa645 ?

I can do $160 with 20% off the current sale price but $10 will buy me the 6-pack I'll need to set the thing up!

Edit: number is 16531659, found an ended ebay auction with an image. I'd like a better copy so I can pick it up in store though and avoid the oversize shipping. I'm sure they will take my crappy copy though, but I like to go easy on them.

Well my store just takes the number I saved a lot of images to my phone and if they ask I could show them that but so far they have not asked to see the coupon just the code.
