I think I may have seen it once for 199 last year cause I thought about throwing a 20 off on it. But then I got the small cab on sale for 89 and the rolling shop service cart with drawer for $35 and put the cab on top.

I turned the bottom tray upside down add moved it to the top and mounted the top tray on the bottom with the drawer underneath, handy for keeping spare nozzles, screen protectors, ect in the drawer and a bottle of alum oxide and small shop vac above that. Cheap and mobile!
Thanks for the info, yeah I almost bought the 89 dollar one today and the aluminum oxide abrasive but decided to get some other stuff instead. The smaller blast cabinet requires significantly less CFM from the air compressor right? Would be nice as my 30 gallon craftsman would not be enough to power the bigger one.

So how much of a kickback/bonus do they get?
Probably just get to keep their jobs or get hours on the schedule. Most of they companies (Best Buy) make most of their money from the protection plans or credit cards (Sears).

As I understand it they get a percentage, probably 10%. I know one guy mentioned $2. _And_ they have a quota.

Keep that in mind when they try to sell you those extended warranties. Ick. Unless you're a professional or will use it every day, skip it.

Is $359 the best price on the 42" toolbox?
I'm looking to pick one up, but don't want to overpay!

I don't have room for the top cabinet, but I might pick up the 7 drawer side cabinet as well at $199.

If anyone has better coupons, please post them!

Been looking at 68283, the digital torque adapter in additional to getting the 1/2" digital torque wrench. Looks like it disappeared off the site today. Previously, it was a store only item. Looks like the alltrade on Amazon and seems to have the same specs. With a 20% coupon can get it for $22-$23.

Size of the cab vs SCFM rating makes no diff other than what you can get into the cab itself. Not sure what the SCFM/pressure is on that compressor but I had a cheap husky that did 2 @ 75psi and it couldn't keep up. We found a Quincy 310 for cheap and rehabbed it that does 9 @ 95 and you can blast until you neck hurts from looking down!
The pressure lubricated compressors are so much quiet than the oiless ones, that old husky about made me deaf even with ear protection.

Look at Tractor supply for blast media, MUCH cheaper too like 8 bucks for 50lbs of this
