NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 13, 2019 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on May 27, 2019 ("Entry Period). Online entries only. No other method of entry will be accepted.

PRIZE: One Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive a prize package comprised of: (a) air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest to Winner's residence and Los Angeles, California; (b) one (1) hotel room (standard, double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a Los Angeles, California hotel ("Hotel"); (c) ground transportation to and from the LAX airport, the Hotel, and Dodger Stadium; (d) two (2) tickets for Winner and guest to attend the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation 5th Anniversary Blue Diamond Gala (the "Gala") pre-show party, scheduled to take place June 12, 2019 at Dodger Stadium in a reserved area; (e) the opportunity for Winner and guest to walk the restricted-access "Blue Carpet" prior to 5th Anniversary Blue Diamond Gala pre-show party; (f) two (2) "MVP All-Star" tickets for Winner and guest to attend the 5th Anniversary Blue Diamond Gala concert in preferred reserved seating; ; (g) one (1) authentic Los Angeles Dodgers jersey autographed by a player to be determined by the Sponsor; (h) two (2) VIP Blue Diamond Gala gift bags, the contents of which shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor; (i) access to the post-concert Blue Diamond Gala food trucks with food or food credit to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor; (j) two (2) Baseline Club Dodgers Tickets for Winner and guest to attend the Los Angeles Dodgers home game scheduled to take place on June 13th, 2019. Exact Gala seating locations and other Prize details to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $9,821.)
