Where do you see this upcoming sale? I go to the tire section and don't see it.
It was in the back page of the Bj's catalog that was mailed out this week. The $130 savings includes free installation which is a $60 value, so it's a savings of $70 on a set of 4 tires.
What if, say, you are a member, and you buy the tires. And then you let your membership run out. Do you get free rotations and such even if you're not a member at that time? Thanks for any info!

YMMV, but I've gotten several rotations after my membership expired. Make sure you keep the original paperwork for proof of purchase.
I was about to buy 4 Firestone All Season[firestonecompleteautocare.com] tires for $395.96 - $34.88 discount = $361.08 parts, before labor and tax. +labor and supplies brings it to $416.98. These tires have 65k warranty.
With this BJs michelin promo or even the current bridgestone one, I think I can get either brand tires for similar price if not a little less than the Firestone ones I'm looking at now.
My main issue is that I anticipate moving next year to a city that does not have a BJs. If I would need to claim against the warranty, does that require me returning to a BJs location?
Do you have any advice? What would you do in my situation?
Edit: 80k mileage warranty is meaningless if I can't go to a BJs and claim against the warranty. I'll proceed with Firestone.
Costco road hazard warranty is for the life of the tire and BJ's is three years only.
My Costco over tightens lug nuts, when I get home and measure the torque it is usually 150 foot/lbs.
My BJ's does it right.
