open only to individuals who, as of the entry date, are (a) legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the "Sweepstakes Territory") and (b) at least fourteen (14) years old. Eligible minors must obtain their parents or legal guardian's permission prior to participating.

PRIZES; REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS.

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the following prize shall be awarded to one (1) winner in this Sweepstakes: (A) round trip coach airfare for winner and up to three (3) guests (guest restrictions set forth below) from the major airport closest to prize winner's residence to an airport in or around New York City, New York and/or Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. In the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airport, carrier, seating and travel dates and times are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if prize winner resides within 150 miles of Gershwin Theater in New York, NY) (ARV $2,800.00); (B) hotel accommodation in a single room with quad occupancy for one (1) night at a hotel within proximity to Gershwin Theatre in New York City, NY as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $400.00); (C) four (4) general admissions tickets to the Broadway show Wicked at Gershwin Theater in New York City, NY (ARV $560.00); (D) four (4) 2019 single day admission tickets to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ (ARV $332.00); (E) one (1) single day parking pass for Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ (ARV $25.00); (F) hotel accommodation in a single room with quad occupancy for one (1) night at a hotel within proximity to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV $150.00); and (G) five hundred dollars in spending money (ARV $500.00).
The total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven Dollars ($4,767.00).
