That's half the cheapest it's ever been at iTunes. Normally $139.99 with the occasional $99.99 sale.
Getting this price was only an issue for some the first few hours, everyone is successfully getting this (jump to the later pages).

Amazon had $50 recently and I thought that was good.
Wish other platforms would match this or there was a unifying service like MoviesAnywhere for tv shows.
I am not invested in Apple ecosystem so that makes buying from them less appealing.
If you have watched the show frequently in SD, you will notice missing lines and scenes on the HD versions. I don't believe they cut anything, they simply only added the content to the DVD episodes... So once you get used to that footage, it's hard to consider switching to less content.
If you are a very big Friends fan, you might consider picking up the DVDs for the extra footage in episodes. However, if money is the driving factor, it's really hard to beat this price.
