This is Anne from nonda customer support. Thanks for contacting us.
We are so sorry that you haven't received your order yet. I've logged in to our system and reviewed your order and its delivery status. Your order is dispatched on September 19 to USPS from us and it is still being delivered by the shipping courier right now.
Here is the proof of dispatch for your order, please check it for your reference..........
We do appreciate it if you can wait a bit longer given the global shipping system has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hello,
The ongoing pandemic may cause longer shipping times from your shipping courier, it is really NOT in our control over how they fulfill their orders.
We really appreciate your consideration at this special time and ask for more patience from your end.
Clearly this is bullshit.
IT DOESNT TAKE A MONTH TO SHIP FROM CALI TO WISCO.
I want my package. I paid for shipping.
Not Me!
Doesn't fully replace more advanced systems, but it is still extremely accurate and helpful with a free app and vehicle service monitoring to boot. Though one thing to note is shipping was around $15 at the time of this comment.
If people think this is too good to be true, I understand your thinking but it's a marketing tactic. The company provides a lot of misc devices for different purposes such as a car charger w/battery monitor, dash cam, tire pressure sensors, and rear view back-up camera. This in turn introduces you to the app and systems which leads to possible future purchases. People that like the services and want to utilize them for professional means can pay at that point, but in no way is the app trying to force you into this path.
