"The PepCoin program will be ending this year. For the time being, you may continue to scan and earn cash back as you have before. After July 6, 2021, snacks will no longer be available for earning, and on November 15th, 2021, beverages will no longer be eligible for earning and the program will shut down completely."

Epilogue: Well, it looks like Pepsi is giving a bonus penny with each deposit because my PayPal deposits have been $1.15, not $1.14.
PepCoin will be paying out all members that have a balance in their PepCoin account at the time the program ends. To get paid out automatically you must have your current Venmo or Paypal linked in your PepCoin account.
