ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("Eligibility Area"), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
GRAND PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize ("Grand Prize" or "Prize") awarded. Prize Winner will receive one (1) trip ("Trip") for Winner and up to three (3) travel companions (each a "Travel Companion" and collectively "Travel Companions") at one (1) only of the following two (2) destination cities selected by the Prize Winner: (a) New York, NY; OR (b) San Francisco, California.
New York Trip: A trip to New York, NY ("NYC") for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions, which shall include the following:
Roundtrip economy airfare from a 'major gateway airport' within the Eligibility Area and nearest to Prize Winner's residence to NYC greater metropolitan area airport.
Includes one (1) item of carry-on luggage per person.
Roundtrip group ground transportation from NYC greater metropolitan area airport to the hotel accommodations in NYC.

San Francisco Trip: A trip to San Francisco, CA, ("SF") for the winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions, which shall include the following:
Roundtrip economy airfare from a 'major gateway airport' within the Eligibility Area and nearest to Prize Winner's residence to SF airport (maximum value of $400 per person, with such amount including taxes).
Includes one (1) item of carry-on luggage per person.
Roundtrip group ground transportation from San Francisco International Airport to the hotel accommodations in SF.
A single "family suite" hotel accommodation for two (2) nights at a four-star hotel in SF.
A walking, "food" tour of SF's Chinatown neighborhood.
A walking, Abominable-themed adventure tour, including: Roundtrip group ground transportation from the hotel accommodations in SF to Mount Tamalpais State Park in CA; and a walking, guided tour of Mount Tamalpais State Park, which includes one (1) meal for Prize Winner and up to three (3) Travel Companions.

General travel conditions and restrictions: Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor's approval. Reservations are subject to availability. If Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Travel Companions or no Travel Companion, the Prize will be awarded to Prize Winner and each participating Travel Companion and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Prize Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Unless child or ward of Prize Winner or one of the allotted Travel Companions, each Travel Companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Prize Winner. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. * For Prize Winner who lives within 100 mile of NYC (as determined by Sponsor) and chooses New York Trip (detailed above), air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
* For Prize Winner who lives within 100 miles of SF and chooses San Francisco Trip (as detailed above), air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
In addition to the General travel conditions and restrictions herein, the following conditions and restrictions are provided by IMS:
Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room; a family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 17 on date of travel
Winner and all guests must travel together on the same trip & all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
Winner must choose between New York Trip OR San Francisco Trip
Activity/accommodation vouchers may not be sent to winner until 7 days prior to event
All flights do not include baggage, reserved seats or meals unless otherwise specified
Prize excludes travel between winner's home & departure airport
Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability
All tours and experiences will be conducted in English unless specified otherwise
Individual supplier terms & conditions apply
Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed
All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable & non-transferable
Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
Family of 4 prizes cannot be taken over Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise
Winner (and travel companions if requested) will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit a copy of their driver licenss or passpors in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip
Winner's requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 calendar month apart
All travel must be completed by January 31, 2021
Prizes are not transferable unless specified otherwise
Hotel and room taxes are included. Incidentals, resort fees and city taxes are all payable locally by the winner. These cannot be prepaid.
Winner must have access to a personal email account
Winner will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
Travel insurance will be supplied to each winner & their companion(s) before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions & the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner &/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance coverage for any pre-existing medical condition &/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner &/or their companion(s) are aged 75 or over
