Eligibility: The FedEx Super Bowl Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who as of October 2, 2019 are FedEx customers with a FedEx account in good standing. This Sweepstakes is also open to businesses that are lawfully registered and operated in the United States and as of October 2, 2019 have a FedEx account in good standing. The business owners or authorized employees who enter on behalf of the business must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period, as an eligible Participant, you can register at www.fedex.com/shipandscore by completing all required fields of the onscreen registration form, including providing an eligible FedEx account number, to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple FedEx account numbers can be registered by the same Participant. Multiple Participants can be registered with the same FedEx account number. By registering a FedEx account number as an individual or as a business you affirm and acknowledge that you are an owner or authorized representative of the FedEx account number, and authorized to enter using such account number(s).
There are two (2) ways to earn additional entries, once registered:
Process an eligible FedEx Shipment: Participants may earn additional entries by completing qualifying FedEx shipments using a valid and eligible FedEx account number that was registered for the Sweepstakes and is in good standing, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Reference chart below for qualifying shipments and applicable entry values per shipment.
Mail-in Entry: Participants may earn additional entries without completing a shipment by hand-printing their full name, full address, date of birth, and FedEx account number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mailing it in a separate hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: FedEx Super Bowl Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7998, Melville, NY 11775-7998. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Each mail-in entry is equivalent to four (4) entries. All mail-in entries must be complete to be eligible. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 20, 2019, and received by December 27, 2019 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced or automated mail-in entries are not eligible.
Limit 100 entries per Participant, regardless of method of entry or combination of methods of entry. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder (as determined by Sponsor) of the FedEx account number used to register for the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person/business assigned to the FedEx account number by FedEx. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized FedEx account holder or proof of being an authorized representative of the business associated with the FedEx account number. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider will apply. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Grand Prizes (10): A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Super Bowl LIV in Miami Gardens, FL from January 31, 2020 through February 3, 2020. Trip includes round trip economy air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home city to Miami or Fort Lauderdale, FL three (3) night accommodations (one room, based on double occupancy) at a Sponsor specified hotel, SUV vehicle rental for the duration of the trip, a Super Bowl parking pass, two (2) lower level end zone Super Bowl LIV game tickets, and two (2) pre-game tailgate party admittance tickets. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $18,000. First Prizes (10): A Backyard Makeover, including a Weber Genesis II Grill, a Coleman 85-Quart Super Cooler, a Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker, a Landmann Garden Lights Series- Savannah Fire Pit, an Algoma 12-Foot Wooden Arc Frame Quilted Hammock with Pillow, a Crosley Outdoor Palm Harbor 5-Piece Outdoor Wicker Conversation Set (including sofa, chairs, and coffee table) and Picnic Time Oniva Bean Bag Toss Travel Set Football Edition. The total ARV of each First Prize is $3,950.
