The ArtistWorks Big Jazz Getaway with Three Jazz Icons ("Contest") begins on November 7, 2019 at 12:01 am PST and ends on December 7, 2019 at 11:59 pm PST

Open to individuals who are 18 years or older (the "Entrant").

Three (3) Entrants will be selected as a winning Grand Prize Entrant by Sponsor ("Winner") pursuant to these official rules and receive the below prizes:

Grand Prize: One (1) In-Studio Experience with Howard Levy, John Patitucci, and Martin Taylor (approximate retail value or "ARV": $1,000 USD), one (1) set of professional photos with the artist (approximate retail value or "ARV": $250 USD), one (1) 12-month VIP membership to ArtistWorks (approximate retail value or "ARV": $279 USD), one (1) contiguous two (2) night stay in an hotel, excluding incidentals or food, of Sponsor choice (approximate retail value or "ARV": $300 USD), one (1) voucher for transportation to and from the airport, hotel, studio only (to not exceed retail value or "ARV" of $250 USD), and one (1) voucher for airfare (to not exceed retail value or "ARV" of $500 USD).

Prize description: Attend an In-Studio Experience at ArtistWorks Headquarters in Napa, California. The session will be recorded on January 28, 2020. You will be in the control room with Howard, John, and Martin as they record LIVE. You will receive a lesson and/or participate in a jam session with the artists. You will be included in video footage of this lesson and/or jam session. You will also be included in professional photos of the event. (Lunch and drinks will be provided). While the prize does include airfare up to the value of $500 USD, hotel fee up to the value of $300 USD, and transportation fare up to the value of $250 USD, any additional cost must be covered by the Winner. ArtistWorks will choose the airline and flight for the Winner. The prize does not include airport transfers, meals, or any other expenditure.
