Eligibility: The World's Best Awards Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry
How to Enter : There are two methods of entry:
Entry method #1: Click on the link provided on the email you received or visit www.TLWorldsBes
Entry method #2: To enter without completing the survey, send your name and address via email to: [email protected] with "T+L World's Best Awards Giveaway" in the subject line of the email ("email entry"). For both methods of entry, entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 4, 2019 and 11:59 p.m. ET on March 2, 2020 (the "Giveaway Entry Period"). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online or email entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assign, ing e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and Giveaway Entities and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries.

Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") : Five (5) prizes are to be awarded:
One (1) "Crystal Cruises Mediterranean Cruise Prize:" Seven-night Mediterranean all-inclusive cruise for two (2) on the Crystal Serenity in a double-occupancy deluxe stateroom with verandah. Cruise departs Monte Carlo, Monaco on May 3, 2020 and disembarks in Venice, Italy on May 10, 2020. Cruise calls on Rome (Civitavecchia), Sorrento, Taormina/Giardini Naxos, Dubrovnik and Venice. Transportation to/from points of embarkation/disembarkation is not included in prize and is the sole responsibility of winner and guest to arrange and pay for. Winner must redeem and make reservation at least 30 days prior to departure. Port taxes and fees are not included in prize. ARV: $9,898.
· One (1) "Viking Cruises World Cruise Prize" A world-wide cruise for two (2) in the double-occupancy Veranda V2 category. Cruise departs Miami, Florida on December 14, 2020 and disembarks in London (Greenwich), England on May 24, 2021 [during Viking's 2020-2021 season]. Prize includes: Business Class round-trip air transportation for winner and guest from a commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence, ground transfers to and from the ship, port taxes and fees, and all onboard gratuities and service fees included. The 166-day cruise will visit 6 continents and 33 countries, with stops in the Caribbean, the Americas, Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, including visits to Los Angeles, Sydney, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Rome and Barcelona; subject to deviation and/or itinerary changes. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age of (or at least the age of majority as legally mandated by the guest's jurisdiction of residence if greater than 18). Winner must redeem and make reservation at least 90 days prior to departure. In the event that the winner cannot partake of this specific cruise prize, winner may elect to partake of the 2020-2021 season of any other River itinerary or Ocean itinerary sailing in 2021; if this occurs, the ARV of the actual cruise taken will apply, up to a maximum of $199,990. ARV: up to $199,990.
· One (1) "Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection European Cruise Prize:" A European cruise for two (2) on a Uniworld-owned ship embarking/disembarking in Europe (excluding Portugal) in the double-occupancy balcony/French balcony category. Winner may choose from cruises which complete by March 31, 2021. Airport transfers to/from the ship included subject to Uniworld transfer guidelines, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Transportation to/from points of embarkation/disembarkation is not included in prize and is the sole responsibility of winner and guest to arrange and pay for. ARV: up to $13,000.
One (1) "Singapore Airlines Tickets Prize:" Two (2) Business Class tickets to/from Newark, New Jersey (EWR) to Singapore Changi (SIN). Terms and conditions of tickets apply. Tickets must be booked thirty (30) days in advance for travel through March 31, 2021. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, does not accrue frequent flier miles and shall not be transferred to another individual. ARV: $14,074.
One (1) "Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Prize:" Five (5) hotel stays across India, includes two (2) nights each double-occupancy suite accommodations at The Oberoi, New Delhi with a dinner for two at Omya; The Oberoi Amarvilās, Agra with the winner's choice of a 4-course dinner or Royal Indian 'thali' for two; The Oberoi Rajvilās, Jaipur with a visit to Naila Fort at sunset; The Oberoi Udaivilās, Udaipur with use of a 2-person boat at sunset on Lake Pichola; and at The Oberoi, Mumbai with a dinner for two at Ziya. All accommodations include daily breakfast for two. Reservations must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance of first stay. Blackout dates apply including the Christmas and New Year periods and Easter. Transportation to/from India and between hotels is not included in prize and is the sole responsibilities of winner and guest to arrange and pay for. Stays must be completed by November 4, 2020 or will be forfeited. ARV: $50,000.
The following applies to all prizes : Unless otherwise stated in prize descriptions, transportation and accommodations are not included in prize. Expenses not specifically mentioned herein, included but not limited to taxes, tips and gratuities, insurance, accommodations and activities not specified in prize description, are not included in prize and are sole responsibilities of winners and their guests. Alcoholic beverages are not included as part of any prize. Winners will be given instructions on how to redeem prizes. Winners and their guests are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID and passport) prior to travel. Each winner's guest will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release prior to prize redemption instructions. Unless otherwise stated herein, if winner or guest is a minor, as determined by the laws of the state in which s/he resides ("minor"), then the Liability/Publicity Release must be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian and the minor winner or guest companion must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel on same dates and same itinerary. Travel dates and accommodations are subject to availability; blackout dates and certain restrictions may apply.
Total ARV of all prizes: $273,962. All prize values stated in US dollars. Limit: one (1) prize per person or household.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period, estimated at 1:222,000 per prize.
