I am surprised this one is not getting more love. This is cheaper per Eero Pro at $110 than the Best Buy deal which is $116.43.

2 Pros are plenty for my house layout. Anything I am missing here? I think I am going to pull the trigger on this.

Criminally underrated deal. This is tri band so it's a tier above the dual band non pros and nest mesh, though it's only noticeable if you have > 100 mbps internet. From everyone I've spoken to Eero is the fastest and most seamless mesh over Orbi and Velop but it may be anecdotal.

I got one from costco. It comes with eero secure plus which is not a big deal to me but for some people it may be a little xtra bonus

How well do these work with Gaming? I hear mixed things around latency. I know the google ones sucked horribly when I had more than 1 person in the house playing Overwatch.

Going to be better than Google but still not ideal. That's if you're gaming on WiFi that is. Find a way to game by directly porting in. By a switch for under $10 run a cord form the second port on the Eero to the switch. If you're dead set on not running a cord (which is the best option by far) then use a powerline adapter. You'll be at a massive latency disadvantage gaming on Wifi.

I just installed it yesterday. Easy installation.

Next day got an email for the 365 days trial. Did you receive your trial?

How well does a tri band work with duel? Will there be a big benefit of replacing my central duel band with a tri band and extend the speed provided to the the outer duel band units? Or do both need to be tri to take advantage of the third band?

Agree installed one Eero pro and 2 beacons last nigh. Setup took about 15 minutes on the office. Superb performance and the application is super easy to use.

Dual band vs triband. Unless you have >100MBps internet I don't think you're missing out. Dedicated wireless backhaul is great for speed like file transfer or internet but for coverage it's likely the same.
