OFFICIAL RULES

The BK® Winter Whopperland Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 2, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2019 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion contains a game of chance ("Sweepstakes" and "Instant Win Game"). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 (except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees of Burger King Corporation ("Sponsor") its franchisees, Realtime Media LLC ("Administrator"), Restaurant Brands International, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, "Promotion Parties") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any other US jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO OBTAIN GAME PIECES AND CORRESPONDING CODES: During the Promotion Period, go to a participating Burger King® restaurant and purchase a qualifying food item (Small, Medium and Large Soft Drinks, Small, Medium and Large French Fries) featuring the specially marked packaging and containing an affixed Game Piece ("Game Piece"). The affixed Game Piece will reveal either: (a) an Instant Win Food Prize ("Instant Win Food Prize") or (b) a Game Play Piece ("Game Play Piece"), good for at least one (1) Game Play for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize (a "Game Play"), as described below in section 3. All Game Pieces include a unique alphanumeric code ("Code"), which is valid for a food prize or to be used for Game Play.
NOTE: Specialty marked packaging will be distributed while supplies last. Some packaging may not be available at all participating Burger King® restaurants, and as the Game progresses, participating Burger King® restaurants will run out of specially marked packaging with Game Pieces.
The purchase, sale, trading or barter of Game Pieces, barcodes or Codes via online or live auctions, or any other method, do not constitute Legitimate Channels and are expressly prohibited.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INSTANT WIN GAME, SWEEPSTAKES & BONUS PLAYS/ENTRIES: Obtain a Game Piece and carefully peel it from its backing, or from the specially marked packaging to which it is affixed, to determine if you have won an Instant Win Food Prize or Game Play chance to win an Instant Win Prize.

BURGER KING® MOBILE APPLICATION: Access the Burger King® Mobile Application (the "App") and log into your account within the App during the Promotion Period. The App is available for free download from the App Store/Google Play store. Within the App, click "LET'S PLAY" when prompted to access the Promotion.
Upon accessing the Promotion for the first time, confirm your information on the log-in screen (required fields include: First Name, Last Name and Email), from which you will proceed to your personalized dashboard. Enter the Code from the Game Piece on the dashboard.
For Instant Win Food Prize Game Pieces, your Code will be validated and if valid, your Food Prize will be added to your account and redeemable via the BK® app within twenty-four (24) hours. Instant Win Food Prize Game Pieces cannot be used for Instant Win Game Plays.
For Game Play Pieces, your Code will be validated and if valid, one (1) Game Play) will be added to your account and redeemable via your dashboard within the Promotion. If you won a Game Play, you can redeem by clicking to play the Instant Win Game from your dashboard.
Users play the Instant Win Game by clicking on one (1) of the nine (9) tiles. If you are a winner, you will see a winning message and receive a corresponding email about the prize you may have won ("Instant Win Prize"). If you are a winner of a physical prize (as outlined below in Section 8), you will also be required to complete a prize redemption form (required form fields include First Name, Last Name, Email and Full Mailing Address). If you are a non-winner, you will see a non-winning message.

ONLINE (BURGERKING.COM): Log into your account on BK.com and click "LET'S PLAY" during the Promotion Period.

Users can play the Instant Win Game by clicking on one (1) of the nine (9) tiles. If you are a winner, you will see a winning message and receive a corresponding email about the Instant Win Prize. If you are a winner of a physical prize (as outlined below in Section 8), you will also be required to complete a prize redemption form (required form fields include First Name, Last Name, Email and Full Mailing Address). ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To participate without purchase, visit (the "Alternate Means of Entry Website") during the Promotion Period and complete the registration form with your true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Full Mailing Address). Upon registering, you will earn two (2) Codes, sent via email, to the Email Address provided within the registration form. Proceed with accessing the Promotion and following the corresponding steps via the BK® App or BK.com as outlined above in Section 3a and/or 3b.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: For each Game Play completed, a user will earn one (1) Sweepstakes Entry ("Sweepstakes Entry"; one (1) Sweepstakes Entry) that will be added to your account and viewable via your dashboard within the Promotion. Instant Win Food Prize Game Pieces are valid for Food Prizes only and cannot be used for Sweepstakes Entries.

BONUS INSTANT WIN GAME PLAYS ("POWER PLAYS") & BONUS GAME PLAYS:

POWER PLAY: A limited number of randomly selected Game Pieces will provide a Power Play ("Power Play"). For each Power Play, you will receive three (3) Game Plays and three (3) Sweepstakes Entries upon completing the Instant Win Game.

DIGITAL PURCHASE: Sponsor may, from time to time, offer one (1) additional Game Play Code ("Bonus Game Play") when making a digital purchase in the App or on BK.com, at certain times during the Promotion Period. The availability, timing, duration and frequency of the Bonus Game Play offer shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor has no obligation to offer Bonus Game Plays.

Limit of three (3) Code entries (any combination of Instant Win Food Prize redemption(s) or Instant Win Prize Game play(s) allowed, but no more than three in total) per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period regardless of method of Entry.

INSTANT WIN PRIZE SELECTION/ODDS: Forty-One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three (41,529,253) Instant Win Prizes (total combination of Food Prizes and Instant Win Game Prizes) will be available throughout the Promotion Period. Potential winning Game Pieces are distributed on a random basis. Approximately One Hundred Twenty-One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine (121,239,859) total Game Pieces will be available for distribution. The number of Game Pieces and prizes available will decrease as the Game is played, Game Pieces are distributed, and prizes are claimed. All Codes (food or non-food), must be claimed via the BK® App or BK.com, and once verified, the person entering the Code is the winner of that prize. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize (and potential Second Chance drawing(s)).

On or about January 6, 2020, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select one (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.

On or about January 6, 2020, the Administrator will conduct a second chance random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries for any Instant Win Game Prizes valued at $600 or more, which were awarded but remain unclaimed by their respective winners as of the drawing date (the second chance drawing prizes "SCD prizes"). Administrator will select potential winners for these prizes. Unclaimed SCD prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning a SCD prize is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period and the number of SCD prizes available.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: All Instant Win Game Prize wins are subject to verification by Administrator. The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. Potential Winner of any prize valued at $600 or more will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form via email. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to the Administrator within ten (10) days of date of issuance. A potential winner then and only then becomes the "winner." Potential winners of Instant Win Game prizes will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize. If any potential winner of an Instant Win prize valued at $600 or more cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner is ineligible or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries during the second chance random drawing.

Beaches Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination. Therefore the provided prize will include accommodations (one (1) room, quad occupancy for a family of four (i.e. up to two (2) adults, up to two (2) children age 15 and under), all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including daily scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, access to the Xbox Play Lounge and Kids Camps, resort taxes, gratuities, and Beaches transfers to and from the resort designated airport.

Telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, nanny services, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included.

Airfare is not provided. Travel costs and expenses are the responsibility of the prize recipient.

Prize must be redeemed for travel within one year from the promotion end date (December 31, 2019 – December 31, 2020) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired. If the prize is not redeemed, the prize is void.

Please note: This prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within our chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates.

Prizewinner must be at least 18 years of age.

Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Prize will be the prizewinner responsibility to pay. Prizewinner will receive from the Sponsor an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize. Prize Provider and Unique Vacations, Inc. will not provide the 1099.

A Prize Winner Package will be sent to the winner. The Prize Package includes the unique prize certificate, a Beaches Resorts brochure and a letter explaining prize redemption. Prize winners should not make airfare arrangements prior to receiving resort confirmation from the Beaches Resort Prize Redemption Department.
