I had this for 2 years now. It's sturdy as a table in it's lowest position. But if you raise it from it's lowest position it gets wobbly. It's unusable when raised. Plus the electronic module had a recall. Up to you whether it's worth it or not.
Nice, I've had the same one from Office Depot for three years now, use it everyday, very sturdy and works well!
Not if you're trying to stand.

My local Costco had the Tresanti marked down to $200, which I picked up a couple weeks back. If you can find it, it's much better quality and is powered, with a glass top and has USB & other ports, drawer, etc...

Agreed it is nicer but much smaller. 25.6 inches x 47.2 inches= 8.39 sf

The OD one is 60 inches by 30 inches = 12.5 sf

I have two MASSIVE monitors and other gear, I need the space! If you don't I agree the costco one is very nice!

The minimum height shows 30". Isn't that a bit high if you want to sit? I'm 5'7" and the height of my desk when I'm sitting is 27". Any higher and I'd have to raise my chair, which will cause my feet to no longer sit flat on the ground, otherwise my arms would need to be at an awkward angle when I type on my keyboard.
yes 30 can be high for some. i also use 27 while sitting. typically tables with legs made by 3 nested pieces have more range thus can go lower and higher. the 2 piece legs have a range in between (ie higher minimum and lower maximum)

This was the deal last year 12/01/2018. $199.99 - 20% off = $159.99 plus tax makes it $172.79.

I think if you made the order for in store pick up it was an extra 5% off. The extra 5% didn't go through for me so the manager gave me 25% off (-$43.19) my total online purchase of $172.79.

Which totals out to be $129.59 plus tax which made it $139.96. I actually didn't even realize what he did until I saw the receipt he handed me. Check out the receipts.

I also got $20 cash back on this purchase so turned out to be a sweet deal. I love the desk.

Pro: very spacious and premium wood feeling for the price.

Con: you have to manually raise the desk. I have a 27" dell Gsync, keyboard/mouse, Logitech Z625 desktop speakers, and an h500 housing the kraken and the RTX2070 gaming Z with Batman standing on top of it. What I'm saying is I need to get under my desk and lift the shit with my feet like a lying down squat lol I've only done it twice. I had it all the way raised for building the pc and setting everything up. But I normally just keep it low so it's not a problem for me.

(The Costco one mentioned earlier is nice but if you need the space more get Magellan one plus it's cheaper. Costco one if you wanted the motorized raise feature and glass top. )

I'm 6' and 170lbs. The top of my desk is between 31" to 32" from the ground. The lowest it will go is 30". I use the titan 2020 lowest it goes is 18.7" floor to seat base. You can raise 3.7" higher.

The wobbling issue doesn't really happen to me. It's really not that bad at all.

I've had this for a year or two, I work on it daily on a 27" iMac. It works pretty well for the price, and doesn't look too cheap imo

Never have understood why people want to work standing up. I get some people have back problems, but beyond that, if you are sitting so long you feel you need to stand up, it is time to take a break and go grab some coffee or a bagel or take a short walk, not continue to work while you are standing imo...my 2 cents.

Sitting is the new smoking, per some.

I got the Costco desk, and it's a beast. I've got a good bit of weight on it, and it has zero problems raising. For the $25 difference, the Costco one seems like a much better choice than this one.
Agree. I have the Costco Tresanti bought at $200 and it is rock solid.

manual standing table??? why
spend a little more to get the elec one from ebay, worth every penny if u work at home a lot.
I have the Costco table that is motorized. I've had it 2 years now and love it. It's very stable at all heights. Sometimes it goes on sale for 299 or 199. What requser098 said is totally true. The electric motor makes changing heights simple and quick. I cant imagine using one without a motor. I know we are talking difference money wise but in the long run you wouldn't regret it.

There is a lot of research on the subject. Sitting degrades your core strength, which has many detrimental effects be
yond your posture. Standing desks have shown to be effective in treating a lot of different repetitive stress injuries, neurological issues such as carpal/cubital tunnel, and on the softer side, surveys suggest it contributes to a happier work life (although maybe companies that offer standing desks are just more fun). My thoughts are that if you don't understand why a standing desk is necessary, you don't need one. If you feel run down after a job where you're sitting all day, it's worth looking into.

edit:sorry I replied to the wrong comment

I've been looking for 2 60"x30" adjustable desks for my home office. Price is right on these, but am concerned if 30" is low enough. Or maybe 3 of the Costco deals??? Hmmmm
...I see the Costco desk lowers to 29".
