Since Epic started their weekly game giveaways I've been adding them to 2 accounts. I forget when Epic said that's supposed to end. It takes about 2 minutes to launch Epic and grab the free game(s) each week in each account (unless there's a software update). The funny thing is I told a few "online friends" about this a few times over a few months and they completely ignored me (couldn't be bothered in their busy lives). One of them recently said they were looking for a particular game. I said "it was free on Epic Games but you missed it because you didn't listen to me". I have since given up telling people. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. People who don't appreciate slick deals and freebies and don't listen don't deserve to get the deals.
BTW, I have Epic, Origin, Steam and Uplay installed. None of them ever gave me any trouble. I have them set to not launch at Windows start and I shut them down when I'm not using them. I don't know why some people have problems with installing these, but whatever. If I understood people (or if I understood the stock market's psychotic behavior), I would be worried about my own sanity.
