Mixing Hydrogen Peroxide & Vinegar creates a stronger cleaner/disinfectant. Almost as good as bleach but also creates stronger fumes. Not toxic but you need to be careful as you would with bleach fumes.

Carbonic acid is created, which is unstable. The "fumes" are already in the air you breathe, carbon dioxide from the carbonic acid and oxygen, & water vapor from the H2O2.
Chlorine bleach reacts with many other household cleaners (& urine), especially those containing ammonia to form chloramines. Mixed with an acid it creates chlorine gas. Both of those can be quite dangerous. Most alternatives to chlorine bleach present fewer risks & that's not inclusive of studies linking it with added risk of infections & respiratory issues. I like bleach. It does what it does well, but should be used with caution.
Even in an industrial environment, household cleaners, used in the same manner as typical household usage, aren't required to have SDS. The two active ingredients are Disodium carbonate & Sodium percarbonate. Even though they may not sound it, both are relatively benign & their SDS's are available from numerous sources. If there's a need, an email to the manufacturer should suffice on receiving an SDS.
