Visible's customer service was shockingly poor. There was no way to contact them by phone or email. The only customer service available was by online chat. If they could not resolve your issue in one chat session, you had to contact them again and start completely over with a new representative.
Multiple times the chat representative told me my problem had been escalated and someone would contact me, but I was not contacted in any way, by phone or by email, other than to receive surveys about their customer service. You can guess my responses.
If you deal with Visible, plan on having technical and billing issues, and plan on not being able to resolve them with their customer service.

My question is this, can I send them a different phone, than the one I originally gave them the code for? I don't really want to give it up, but I do have a couple spares. - - -,yeah I know should have used other phones.
17. You can use same PayPal account with using multiple visible accounts to make the purchase . It will go through . But donot over abuse as your account may get blacklisted . Till now it did not happen to me .
Why not ZTE Blade A7 Prime... its looks better and has 3gb ram vs 2gb ram in this..
Not sure if ZTE is only GSM and this moto is both GSM/CDMA.. so people choosing this moto..
LTE B13/4/2/5
LTE Category 4
Look like it is made specifically for Verizon. It will works good for Tmobile in urban area but not good for AT&T
can get monthly down to $25

My order didn't go through initially - they have some problem processing. Had to use customer service (35th in line, wait time was about 50 minutes - fun-fun-fun!) but they told me to use PayPal as payment service and that did work.
They also slap you with the $20 charge they are supposed to charge at activation (in case of PayPal it is pre-authorization).

wiki says e6 is unlocked.. but does not say zte is locked.. are you trying to say zte is locked or not compatible with all carriers?
hmmmmm. it was $20 after discount.. why did the promo discount disappear after logging in paypal?
"Yes, none of our phones are carrier locked, and that includes the Visible R2, Visible ZTE Blade A7 Prime, and Visible ZTE Blade 10 Prime. This means you're not tied down! However, these models were built specifically for Visible by ZTE. So while you can totally take it somewhere else, we can't promise that other carriers will support it. I can tell you that the R2 doesn't recognize AT&T network SIMs for example, or Verizon ones."
2) Can I save the SIM and the month of service for a later date if I don't have to activate it? What's the timeframe?
Also just wondering if people are bothering to activate or not, and if I do, how easy it is to cancel.
I think I might have accidentally put down the MEID which is one digit off from the IMEI. But, the IMEI is also visible on my phone so it's ok
p.s. I think this is a great deal... I got to trade in my Moto E 2nd gen which is a craptastic 5 year-old phone that was slow and crappy even 5 years back when I first got it
