There is a near world-wide halt on manufacturing friend. You're going to be hard pressed to see any kind of "ramp up" due to demand.
The biggest problem is they moved the factory from China to Vietnam and now China are slowing their exports. It isn't necessarily that the factories are closed, they just can't get the parts.
