You should be able to use your email address on the website (go to the cart and then from the left menu you can do Order Lookup) to search for your order to confirm they have it still. Took about a week I think and I got a FedEx tracker for the shipment, but no other communication you are right.

Wish I had the Florida one....no tax!.
