Buying a nice desk chair (Steelcase Leap v2 in my case) is one of the best investments you can make...think about it, some of us spend 8+ hrs a day in our chair. It's equivalent to buying a nice mattress instead of a thin sheet of foam.

I always wonder about comments like this...do you only eat 99 cent McDonalds cheeseburgers when you go out to eat? Or do you sometimes like to eat something better?
At what point should you just pay the extra $150 and get a used Aeron though? If I'm going to spend $300 on this chair I might as well pay $450 and get a refurbished Aeron right? Or is this one really comparable?
Because some of us aren't the biggest fan of sitting in stuff others have been chilling in naked ripping butt constantly on.

Anyone on the shorter side have experience with this chair? I'm 5'7"; chairs that can sit a little lower and have a shorter seat depth work better for me.

I highly recommend not buying this deal from lenovo. I bought the workpro 9000 deal from Lenovo over 1 month ago and they only just delivered it after many calls and nobody knowing where it is or when it is coming. Much better to buy from OD and pick it up yourself.

Code doesn't stack with Perks at Work anymore. It worked in the cart a few hours ago when I decided I may want it. I tried it now and it says code expired. But on regular site the code still works, but not as good of a deal.

For the 12000,
Previously $400 (perks at work price) - 30% = $280
Now it is $429 - 30% = $300

I'm 5'8 and I too prefer the shorter seat dept. I bought this a few weeks ago. When I adjust the seat all the way back and have my back against the back, I have about a hand worth of clearance from the back of my knee to the edge of the seat.

Good deal on the 12000. I definitely prefer it over the 9000
I recommend the 9000 if you have an average or slim body like me. The thing i do not like about the 12000 is that the arm rests are TOO wide for my shoulders. Also the lumbar support on the 12000 protrudes way too much, or maybe i have bad posture?

I sit in the these chairs for 16 hours a day, and I prefer the 9000, i just wish i had the 9000 version with a cushion bottom instead of mesh.

Thanks! Are your feet able to be flat on the ground at the lowest height?

I logged into Perks at Work first, then navigated to Lenovo. I have it in my cart for $286.43 right now (the 9000 with headrest)

I actually have it at the highest settings and my feet are about 1-2 inches of the ground. And then I use a foot stool. I make sure my arm rest is parallel to the table top and that helps with neck pain. Shoulders should be relaxed.

But yes your feet will reach the floor at the lowest height.

A desk chair for $300 is considered a deal? Yikes...
found the guy who knows nothing about a good chair.

$300 is just about the price where chairs get really nice. Gaming chairs are a joke compared to office chairs.

These will be $150 in 7 months.

Don't quote me on this, they could be cheaper.

Does anyone know if they sell the headrest for the 12000 separately?
