I were asked to verify my billing/shipping address, the last 4 digits of my SSN and the previous carrier. Then they informed my order has been approved.
Did you tell them that Boost was your previous carrier?

Yes. I don't think Boost is the problem.

When did you place your order? Did they provide a tracking number?
I placed my order on Friday 5/1. It showed an estimated Delivery Date of 5/5-5/7. The next day, Sat 5/3, they cancelled the order.
I placed order on Saturday 5pm EST. I got an email this afternoon said they are still working. After some time I got another email saying it is shipped with Fedex tracking number. When I saw in fedex tracking it is showing label created.

I just saw your post, what if I created new account and created 4 line online ? Do i have to do something else now ? I am porting from tmobile bdw one more update when I check my number status it says
Your number has successfully been ported to AT&T.
what should i be expecting now ?
Since your number ported over to att, it means you are ATT customer officially....(they approved your order, now waiting to get your sim, and insert to phone to see if sim is working with ported in number that can make calls send texts use data.....then after 45 days you can expect to have the instructions of redeeming $250 sent to your email/ via mail letter and you have 75 days to redeem it and will deliver in 3-4 weeks after redemption. After redemption I believe you can check status with "Check Reward status after submission: 800-675-8459", anything wrong with this promo, call 866-267-4510. Sim/phone not working call general ATT CS: 800.331.0500

I picked the option ATT asked me to call. It doesn't matter what you pick, they still put you in queue anyway.
Calling the verification department preemptively didn't help in my case— I ended up getting the cancellation email anyway.

Has anyone had success porting in eBay numbers?

ATT CS: 800.331.0500
ATT E-comm backdoor number: 866-267-4510
Which number did you call? first one is general att customer support number. May not helpful with your order, they are helpful if you have ATT account. Second number is the one that handles online orders/promos

Ordered yesterday afternoon, called first thing this morning. I was told my order was good to go.

Edit: I called the 4510 number. I tried porting in T-Mobile numbers from eBay

They're shopping portals that give c@sh b@ck on your purchases. The forum software will block the names if spelled out, so we have to abbreviate. Search the internet for more info.

...and still got cancelled. That's discouraging. I've been on hold for 2 hr 10 minutes now, waiting to talk to them about my re-order. Might be for nought.
