When was your order placed, how many lines in the order, $75 for the whole order or per line, what does it show for the waiting period?

My acct #2 placed on 5/22 through TCB still shows pending $100 (for 2 lines) and a wait time of 15 weeks.

So I went to the store today, got a sim and plan. I can't place order online within 72 hours. How long do I have to cancel/port the line opened in store so I do not get charged?

Most of us here didnt get email from ATt rewards team, so better proactively contact ATT rewards team between 35-45 days, they should be able to manually submit your rebate, and you should be able to track after 2-3 days on their website using your phone number (as account number).

Once rebate is submitted by ATT rep, you should get card in your hand in 10-12 days.
Thank you so much. Do you have a number to contact AT&T rewards?

By the way, I find AT&T interface/process sucks. I transferred two lines at the same time. When I received the SIM cards, I tried to activate the 1st line and there is an error! but then it just somehow completed the process successfully on its own. Then I tried the 2nd line and there is another different error and it did not complete on its own. Then I called the porting department using the 1st number, and entered the 2nd number to check its status, the automated service prompted me to activate the phone and then it went through and completed....

The website also sucks too. I cannot seem to reset the personal pin no matter what method I tried...

Go to https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx click on Contact Us then select Chat, available 7am-7pm Central M-F. If you get a rep named Carlos, end the chat because he will refuse to submit the GCs before 60 days. Other reps (I've dealt with Julie and Tina) will submit the GCs if account was active for 35 days or more.

You cannot set/change the PIN until your account is at least 2-3 days old. It's one of those quirks of AT&T system.

So I went to the store yesterday to get a sim card (kept being denied online), asked for cheapest plan rep put me on highest one naturally, did not even give me receipt had to ask for account number lol. Was not a corporate store, no waiting 3 days before I place the order online. So if I port out this line in 4 days or so when my order ships how much AT&T will charge me?

Thank you so much. You are very resourceful and helpful. Please don't mind if I have another question: once I reset the PIN let's say next week, is this the same PIN I can use to port out? So I should already have account number from the bill and with this PIN I can port out without interaction with any human?
