Thanks. But the thing is ID.Me did not verify my wife's I'd. When I login to ID.ME it doesnt say my wife's id was verified. When I go to Sonos site and click on Id.me, I sign in and it tells me to pick an option to verify. From there I choose medical professional..and it offers multiple choices to verify.

Yeah it verified my wife as an HHS employee (sent email to .gov account and she confirmed, ID.me account seems updated), but don't think it was generating a code. I'm definitely going to ply with it more tonight assuming announcement is made.

Yeah says you need a NPI number to verify as a medical profession even though that term is much broader, will wait to see if their customer support gets back to us.

I finally got verified. Once you enter the NPI# you should be able to get a code. Save the code, close the window and reopen the ID.ME to verify again.. you should see 2 different codes. 2 codes per account. Awesome deal! Thanks to all medical workers!
