If I could go back and grab this version over the Bethesda.net version, I would, even if I had to pay more. The Bethesda.net version doesn't have cloud saves or backup options. You need some kind of tool developed by the community just to move saves.

I know not every game has cloud saves, but at least every game on Steam can be backed up using the client. And you'd think a big game like this would have better support on Bethesda's own launcher.
