laugh out loud

Technically true, but as someone who has given away a hot tub on Craigslist, I'll say you get what you paid for (as in there's a reason they're giving it away).

Ha! Yup, my buddy has given away two, from two houses he has owned. (Both worked fine, he just had zero interest in a hot tub). Another buddy couldn't get anyone to take his, ended up cutting it into pieces.

Yep, put mine on Craigslist and no serious bites. Paid someone to come chop it up and take it away. It ended up taking the two guys about 6 manhours.

Thanks for posting the deal! I opted for the DLX version for $200 more.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lifes.../305275143

I sourced a 15% off coupon for online orders to save an extra $200 (Max savings). If you have a Chase Sapphire card, you currently get 50% bonus in point value for purchases at home improvement stores. This was pretty much the perfect storm for me, so again, much appreciated!

How long? 😂 I cut one up at our house in literally 10 minutes and I loaded on my trailer in another 20 minutes. Total cost was $20 for me to dump at the the local land fill.
Sawzall and sledge hammer. The thing weighed 950 lb empty and was about 20 years old. They were working hard from what I could see.

Yours must've been a 12 person model or something. Ours was a 6-8 person model and probably weighed 600lbs..
