How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Thanks that worked.

My soc is USCFM4, which doesn't appear on the list but USCFM4L does.

I did do it through iMessage, I still have the thread and screenshots of them telling me I'm eligible, so I guess when I don't get it I'll just have to fight with the executive response team for being misinformed? It's hilarious that random people on slickdeals are more knowledgeable than employees of the company (or they allow their employees to blatantly lie)... either way T-Mobile better be prepared to honor this/make it right or I'll be submitting a BBB complaint.
Haha. Yeah it's super easy for reps to make a mistake given the SOC codes being off one letter.

USCFM4 seems to be a 4 line for $150 plan, while USCFM4L is a 4 line for $180 plan.

Yea, that's what I'm doing. Very worried they'd change something on me. I asking them multiple times to confirm that it won't change my plan and any promos on my account

Did you check if your plan is on the qualified list in the screenshot on the first page? I wouldn't worry too much yet if it's on the list but I would definitely contact them if not on the list.

I am on the phone currently, and they are telling me the price is almost the same - not the response I was expecting since the price difference, including Netflix, is about $14. Also, they removed my ONE Plus HD Pass from all of my lines. Unacceptable and unprofessional!

Agreed it's an easy mistake to make. However I did ask them to double and triple check and asked like 5 different times throughout the conversation for them to confirm to me I'll receive a free line and a half off iPhone and they did every time. They'll have to make it right. Even if they credit a month of service and then cancel the line, that won't work for me. A) I was under the impression I was getting a free line for life but b) I added a phone payment so if they cancel the line I'll lose the promo half off and be stuck with the whole balance on a phone I never would have purchased otherwise and c) canceling a line will make me ineligible for any other surprise promos in the short term..... I wonder how this will play out.

Anyone know the email to the executive response team? (It used to be able to be reached through emailing [email protected] but he's not longer ceo)

I'm in inspect on chrome, go to network, but don't see any subscriber stuff
Are you at my.t-mobile.com/home?

I was able to see it in chrome->view->dev tools->network->XHR->Subscriber-Response

Info should be right. You might have to parse it

Does the new line show up right away on your account? I added it earlier today and order a SIM card but I still don't see new line on account. I didn't get confirmation email of payment for SIM card tho
Mine was active right away since I had the SIM card. I also got an email confirmation after the rep placed the order for the new line.

My original rep said he wouldn't change anything. That was a lie. Call back 2nd time, another rep said she will change it back to simple choice meanwhile all the discounts are gone. Need to wait until tomorrow if I get everything back to the way it was.

That is not the point though. They changed it without your permission.

Agreed. Perhaps you can find someone to switch you to an equivalent SOC that's eligible for the free line.
