How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

I think one of the iPhone promos requires a port-in.
Sign up for Signalwire. You can buy a number (known in the telecom world as a DID) for less than a buck and then port out for free.

Curious as to why people are looking for numbers to port in? Just complete the addition of a new line with a random number. If you are looking for a vanity number, there are many ways to get them FAR cheaper than eBay.
new iphone11 trade-in requirement needs a port. this one started 6/26

. old.promo (just a new line add) ended

It's 50% off up to $200. So you won't get half off any additional memory upgrades. Just the bass 64GB to max it out at 50% off.
Oh that's kinda confusing since they were doing $350 off the XS.

How does the seller generate so many numbers for sell? Do they use recycled eSIM numbers such as from iPhone or real SIMs?
honestly beats me lol, I only ever used google voice numbers for all my previous phone deals that requires a port in and always worked so didn't try another method

Sounds good, but is the 'carrier' of that line approved for the port promo? Cheers.

I don't think the bill credits will change the total of the difference between a 64gb and 128gb iPhone see , it should be 50 dollar different since regular price of 64gb is 400 and 128 is 450? unless u got additional discount for 128gb for some reason
Yeah looks like you are right. I thought it was 50% off up to $350 but apparently that was for the XS and not the SE?

I chatted with a rep over FB messenger, and they told me to just add the new line/device myself online. That said, I'm not seeing any line discount during the checkout process. Will it just show up after the fact, or should I be seeing some sort of confirmation during the checkout that adding this new line isn't going to cost me an extra 20-30 a month? Thanks.
Unless you are on some grandfathered plan, do it yourself. Before doing so, I would continue that FB chat with them in the morning by asking necessary questions (for your records) like am I eligible for the $20 2020 free line on us promo? Am I eligible for new phone promo xxxxxxx, and after adding the free line will my monthly bill stay at xxxxx (not including new phone payments), and if not on magenta. . .will my plan change, price change, discounts stay the same etc. . . .if I go ahead and buy the sim online (as recommended by initial T-Force FB message from TMO)

Point is get it in writing, then do it your self

not sure if Tmobile consider it as eligible carrier. we are talking about 500 or 700 value. $3 from eligible like at&t to satisfy the requriment is one lesser thing to worry

I was able to add a new line and paid for a new sim. However I don't have a phone to put the sim into. (The plan is to use this third line for my daughter when we eventually get her a phone). Anyone know if I can hold onto the sim indefinitely and keep the line going? The rep suggested that if I do not activate the sim to a phone that I would lose the line, which doesn't sound correct to me?

Thanks for this. Does the free line promotion go through tomorrow or does it end tonight?

I used them when I signed up for T-Mo and had free line promos at that time, and it worked. I think T-Mo just needs numbers that are outside their own network.

Not sure, but the guy I bought from has sold 24k of them. it's a non heard of ATT MVNO.

its more likely a situation where you can generate an MVNO account, and get phone #, before funding it. . .

T-Mo wants to see some activity. In my experience, since I am keeping them for my kids that aren't yet old enough to use them, I've shoved them into an old phone and made a call or two every few months and they are still on my my account.

Just a recap since I'm drunk and have nothing better to do:

1. If you've cancelled a line in the past 90 days, you are SOL
2. If you want to port in a number from another T-Mo account, you are SOL for one-year.
3. This promo does not affect and promo or discount on your account/plan, with respect to lines and phones. I have the 20% hookup/insider discount as well as an existing free line promo and 3 phones that are free after bill credits. Nothing was changed after the addition of the line.
4. Magenta and One Plus plans are eligible. Simple Choice is more nuanced.
5. For those needed a number to port in, sign up for Signalwire with coupon "ITEXPO2019" or "FREESWITCH31337". You'll get a $50 credit. That's FAR more than enough to buy a number (which are less than a buck). Then port out to T-Mo. Signalwire is an awesome company that's trying to make telephony affordable for the masses so give them a real run-through and don't abuse the system.
5. Here is a snapshot of my current plan with discounts, including the 2020 line on us (which is the current promo):
