How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Excellent. Thx. Hope you read my previous messages. I placed an order through Imessage chat. But they didn't use right DOC code i believe. I see the order with these details - sim card - 10$ and 6GB / plan -15$. it looks like regular line. i chatted with them again yesterday with this doc code. they are saying that i am eligible and noted the information in the account. But there is no line added to my account or I didnt get any text messages. Not sure anyone faced this issues and able to resolve the problem.
I think you're good...it will show as a charged line for a few billing cycles, then a backdated lump sum, followed by ongoing monthly credits, making the line free.

I added a free line to my old Simple Choice plan and for data it shows as the 6GB plan at $15/mo. The only problem there option is no data at $0. Will that $15 charge be credited every month?
What did you end up doing. I ended up just changing the data plan to no data at $0 in the app. Hopefully didn't fk anything up.

I NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE:

I am on a 2-line ONE All-In Promo plan that is supposed to not be eligible. Before that was made clear here, I went through chat and got rejected a few times (one rep said my plan has a 2-line max) and so I called 611 and the rep instantly said I'm good and charged me $30 for a SIM. I asked several times to confirm that my current lines and plan won't change and my monthly won't increase, and she confirmed.

Now that it's clear that my plan shouldn't qualify, I'm worried and when I check the order, it says "Rate Plan:Additional Line Fee $45.00/month." Is this still normal? Is the free line a bill credit that is supposed to show up later?

If the rep made a mistake, should I not activate the SIM when I get it? Can I get a refund on the SIM? I really don't want to lose my 2-line All-In plan.

So far, my account still says T-Mobile ONE All-In Promo $80.00/mo.

looks like rep charged you 45 for the "free" line. I'd cancel it b4 you get billed.

My account is still not showing new line. I ordered free line with 50% off ihpone Friday night, so it's been more than 24 hr

My plan is T-Mobile One All In One - 2 for $100 with 3rd line free (minus 20% hookup, - kickbacks). I believe my plan used to say "All In One Plus" or something, may be not.

Will see if I'll get 4th line for free, if not I hope they change everything back so I don't lose my existing plan

Did anyone get 4th line added to same plan and now paying same $80 for all 4 lines (-kickbacks)?

P.S. Just logged in, looks like something may have changed, but these parts (below) is still there and how it stays, if not I hope they can change it all back

T-Mobile ONE All-In Promo

$80.00/mo

You have to contact them again to have free data added. This happened to me as well, no option for data aside from paid ones so I contacted them again and they added data to the line.

Though for some reason they gave me the 3GB 4G that goes down to unlimited 3G instead of matching all my other lines which have 4GB 4G that throttles to unlimited 2G. I'm not complaining though since I think it's a better deal.

Did you switch to no data because you under the impression that these free voice lines are for calls only? A voice line is a regular phone line with call/text/data so there's no point in switching to the no data option on that line. Since your line shows up in the app, just log into my.t-mobile.com, click on Account, and then your plan to see Plan Details (url https://my.t-mobile.com/account/plan-details). Hopefully you'll see your list of discounts including "2020 Line On Us" listed which is this free line promo.

edit: I think see now ... presumably your data was a $15 option which is why you chose $0.

Yes..activate the new SIM in the phone when you get it. System should recognize new line and new phone and apply both promos.

Still waiting for OP8 to ship...has anyone gotten a shipping notice? And is it coming form WorldPort, Louisville Kentucky as usual? Wondering if Covid has altered their usual procedures...

Just got them to change it back to "free data" for that line on us. Will need to give it some time to update online and see how much data was given. Thanks.
