How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Called 611 right before they took off and confirmed that T-Mobile ONE is eligible for the free line. I had a spare sim card and the lady waived the activation fee. Got a free line for free in 10 mins. The only callout is that, the new free line doesn't qualify for free ONE Plus Promo and KickBack. Assuming I will receive same amount for next bill
My account showed 45 charge for the free line. One all in plan.

T-Force is slammed right now, so be patient! They're the most knowledgeable and all US-based, plus they get the most up to date info especially compared to the overseas call centers. I would expect to wait at least an hour while this promo is on, I think the wait was an hour and a half a couple days ago.

My plan isn't eligible for the promo but my aunt's is - 6GB SC family match. Currently paying $80 for two base lines, two free voice lines, one free iPad line. Just added another free voice line. Crazy deal. I also ordered an iPhone XS 64GB since it's half off with a new line with bill credits.
I'm on Twitter now. How do I chat with T-Force?

Does anyone know if we can add 1 free line max or can we add another? I thought I read somewhere someone adding 2 free lines.

DM @tmobilehelp and they'll need to verify you/your account first, then you can ask what you need to. It's going to be a lengthy process with the wait now but being nice/patient goes a long way!

I'm about to switch from T-mobile to xfinity. The third free line is enough to stay. I currently pay $140 for two lines (unlimited w/ highest data package.)

Rather have xfinity @ $90 for two lines

Similar situation here, excepted I'm doing the trade in of my iPhone6>iPhone11. Suppose to get $350 credit over 24 months. I asked the rep when ordering, he said the credit wont show until 1-2 billing cycle. If its missed the first month, the 2nd month credit will double. My phone contract also states nothing about the credits. Seems like a pretty normal deal for them, credits are usually not stated anywhere, you just wait for it to be on your bill
Isn't iPhone 6S the minimum on the trade in list for iPhone 11 promo?

I did it thru chat yesterday after adding a line the day before...But the signing document does not show the trade in or the promo....how do I know I've been screwed up? Is that normal when doing bill credits online to not see anything in the signing of EIP. I usually do in the store and you can sse the details the signing papers.

If it does not work out correctly, fall back on contacting t-force and show your documentation. I have not done a trade in, so I do not know for fact. my guess is that the sale and the trade in/promo are two separate things and the document only shows the sale, you should get the trade in box/info or contact t-force.

Mine is the same. I verified with several reps and they all say everything is set up perfectly. Hope so.

Try T-Force on Twitter. They're supposed to be on 24/7
I think they close down these days as well. I messaged them at 8pm PDT yesterday, and didn't hear back from them until today. The first hour or two is due to backlog, the rest due to closing i think.

Been following the thread on/off and I am sure the question has been asked before but it's a looong thread.

Question: Did the free line Saturday by texting 611. SIM was shipped should have it today/tommorow.
Wondering if I can still do the iPhone 11 line port promo? If so do I need to go to the store or can it be done online?
TIA
I chatted with a rep thru the t-mobile app and was told when I receive my sim to contact them again or go to a store. I bought an AT&T number that can be ported.

The rep confirmed that I am eligible for the iPhone 11 promo trade. As always YYMV but I have it in saved chat so I'm gonna argue if shot down.

You are still able to do it. Text 611 tomorrow to get the iPhone 11 promo.

Not always, but maybe with grandfathered bonus plans. I have current Magenta which should be the easiest to navigate--no other promos other than 3rd line on us, and at first T-force said I had to activate a paid line to get a free line. Then I remined them of $20 2020 free line on us promo, and she agreed. Then I mentioned iP8 trade in on a samsung, and she said worth $110, I reminded her of Sammy 2020 trade in5, and she said that my ip8 was worth $500 trade over 24 months bill credits. In actuality, it's $100 or so in real value one time bill credit or instant credit in store, plus a $400 more or less MasterCard in 2 months. Problem is, those t 6 or 7 exchanges outlined above took 16 hours today, and ended when they closed, with no result. In fact, my first question on that list was started yesterday, and my final clarification of promo has not been responded to yet, so 5 exchanges in 16 hours today. . .and nothing accomplished

Hopefully! If you know your SOC qualifies, you can do the SIM/Line and/or add a promo device on your online account right now.

When I asked care via messaging today they said there's no set end date yet. I ordered the XS and added the line myself via My T-Mobile a couple hours ago, easy.
