How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

You can use your available SIM instead of getting another one for $10.
Just tell the CSR your SIM # for the additional line.
Tried to use my own SIM and was told the SIM "has been inactive more than 60 days so the system will not accept it," and they made me order one. Didn't charge me for it as far as I can tell so not a big deal but I was surprised.

I added a free line, and iphone 11 on us EIP on Sunday morning. The free line (2020 Line on us), and EIP are visible in my account, but there's nothing under promotions. I chatted with CS, and was told that promotion will show up once my trade in device is received; I'm wary given iffy knowledge of CS. Are others able to see the trade-in credits promo in their account before shipping the device out?

Well not to spoil your party but I did the same deal early Friday morning and my phone shipped Friday night and will be delivered today but I had gotten a call from a rep on Sunday stating that Simple Choice plan does not qualify for iPhone 11 offer and I won't receive the $500 in credits even after I send my trade in 6s back to them..I changed my offer to iPhone SE and said I will return my iPhone 11 once I receive it..
Oh wow, I hope I won't get rejected after all this.

Here is my story. Right after I wrote that post you replying to, I got a call from T-Mobile this afternoon saying that they indeed have a problem with my credit card didn't go through. The rep actually had to cancel my first order and redo everything. They apologize for the trouble and expedite the shipping so I can get it in 1 day. They made me signed a new EIP and it says there that I owe $286 something since I'm only trading S8+ that valued $500 (basically similar to the previouse EIP that didn't go through)

In the meantime, they also confirmed my other order of BOGO S20+ already shipped ( I got the tracking number yesterday) as well.

What's interesting is I qualified for the 1 free line (I got text confirmation) when I bought that BOGO.
Then with the iPhone 11, they said I qualify for another 1 free line. So might end up with 2 extra free lines.
Since the iPhone is a new order, let's see how it goes.

Nice. So your EIP already factors in the trade in value? Mine shows full value of iphone 11, so looks like an error in the way CS set up the purchase.

To get this deal- they switched me from the One plan to Magenta Plan.. and sure enough- they switched it back to One, without me needing to call them- so I'm happy about that.

Only question--- does "Kickback" discount show up any where on the Account page? I'm not seeing it, so I may have to get them to add it back. Any other ways to stack discounts or lower the bill?

Was it a new unused SIM or were you attempting to re-activate a previously used one ?

Even they did the same for me.They switched from Simple Choice to Magneta and then back. My data was not working and had to call to fix it.

I have 6 voice lines with T-Mobile. Is it possible to change one of my voice lines to a free one? (as in paying for 5 lines and having 1 line being free).
I think the only way is to get this free line, then after 12 months cancel one of he paid lines

Any one have information on whether or not adding the line will change getting Kickbacks?

I'm on an Amplified One plan and I'm wary about adding a line. I added a paid line a year ago and it ended up taking me off Amplified and getting rid of my Kickbacks. It was hell trying to get them to put me back on my old plan and add Kickbacks back on.

Hoping someone has information so I don't have to go through that again.

What happens if you add this free line and cancel one of existing paid lines after?

For anyone that has cancelled a line within the last 90 days and thinks their account may be ineligible for the free line: Play some CSR roulette and keep trying.

First time I tried chat on the Tmob app, they told me the free line wasn't accepted by the system and that I had to call in to talk to someone to see what the problem was.

Second time I talked to T-force on Twitter. Processed the free line without issue even though I'd cancelled a line 60 days ago.

That is not 100% true. I was able go get the free line and I canceled a line on 6/2. So less then a month ago. I did not have to reactive it. Promotion is in my account. Of course YMMV so take this with a grain of salt.
i got shot down since i ported out a line. Did you have the CS added it for you or you did it yourself?

Yes, the EIP already took out the $500 trade in value from my S8+.

TForce did it really early Friday morning. I would have been in the first group of people asking for the deal. I did not port out just canceled the line at the beginning of the month.
