How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Doesn't matter if you saved the chat or not. It means nothing. But if you received the text confirming the free line, that is a great sign. You should be good to go. However, I would still double check and compare your SOC to those on the list to make sure you're eligible, otherwise you many run into problems others here have experienced after being told they were good.
If I knew what SOC was and where to check i would. but Tmo has historically been good with me about correcting any issues so if it ends up an issue i have faith they will fix.

Is is possible to get 2 free lines?
My case: im on tmo one 2 for $120 with 3rd line free. And i got 4th line free couple of days ago on this promo. Today i call them again to add another free line and they said im eligible to get another free line. So, i added it. Now iv 2 paid lines with 3 free lines for $120. On my account i can see the number and I've already activated it but no notes about free on us like things.
Rep said it will show later on next bill cycle and also ge will call back to ensure that it is free.
*** What do you think about this? Should i keep or call again to confirm or cancel? I dint want to increase my total bill at all.
Think about this senario and let me know if this makes sense:
1) couple days ago you called and got a free line added.
2) today you call to add another free line.
3) couple days later you caall to add another free line.
Dang, you are on a roll !!!

I've been with T-Mobile since 2003. We're not going anywhere. I also started a business and it would be nice to have a separate/line phone for that purpose. Being locked in is a non issue. The se will go to my sister and I'll take her old 8 to have as my backup.

Now I just need to make sure T-Mobile didn't screw up my account.

R us still on that plan from 2003? Also if r u in a qualified plan right now, u can also trade the sister's 8 for 11 but u need to return the se and process a ne order. just a thought.

How quick did you receive the text?
I instant reply to my text but just gave me link to the site. I called then, got a clearly an off shore rep and she seemed confused on what i was asking kept putting me on hold and after 3rd hold said i'm not eligible. facebook rep was very quick and knew exactly what i was asking.

so my simple choice doesn't qualify for the iphone 11 trade in (got mixed messages repeatedly). It's already shipped and coming to me. Tforce is saying they're going to credit me $50 for all the trouble they caused. And offer me the iphone se at 50% off promo. I guess I'll do it, it's like paying for the iphone se for $150. But man, all the time and frustrations this whole thing is causing.
It may all depend on how you have it documented in T-Force notes and chats, but they did ultimately make it right for me. I have SimpleChoice NAFUTT4 plan. Was told all along I could trade my 8+ and get an 11 while porting over a number on top of the free line.

When it came time for activation of the phone yesterday, they told me they could not with the NAFUTT4 plan. They reviewed the notes, worked to honor it, and in the end they gave me a $450 statement credit and I'll trade my 8+ to the Apple Store for $250 (or maybe sell it). In the end, it adds up to the $700 to cover the 11 which is fine with me.

I'll let a few bills go by to eat the statement credit (while I'm getting billed the $29.17 EIP) and then probably lump pay off the 11.

Looking at plan only (not counting the device EIP), I now have:

7 voice with unlimited data lines (2 free)
2 iPad lines with 6GB rollover data per month (both free)
1 DIGITS Duplicate Beta line (free)
$174/mo including the taxes and fees

Aside from being limited on device upgrades promos and no Netflix, my plan compares with the Magenta Plus plan and would cost about double on that.

Very happy with the Twitter T-Force support and T-Mobile for making it right!

Actually how many free line one can have?
I thought it's just one free line regardless of the type of your account?

I'm on the T-Mobile One Amplified plan, and when I contacted T-Mo last weekend, they set me up with a free line (I hope). I did get the confirmation SMS, and I think my account information on the T-Mo site confirms it.

I just got an e-mail that they are giving away free lines on July 4th. Is this the same promo that has been going on last weekend, or is this yet another free line?!

I have 2 free lines ... one from this promotion and one from last year. Some people who have older accounts have 4+ free lines.

When and how did you get the 2 iPad lines w/ 6GB RO? Which promotion was that? For $450, did you have to suggest/negotiate/nudge the rep a bit or the solution of $450 credit was proposed w/o your interference? I'm just surprised they straight up gave you $450 as the solution. They made mistakes w/ my account too regarding 11 but never offer anything close to that amount. They told me I could still return the 11 or cancel the entire thing and re-order something else like SE and they can offer $150 for my trouble. I would have preferred the deal you were given.

Trade your sister's 8 for the 11, unless your sister prefers the SE size and form factor. You would need to cancel the SE however.

Edit: Just saw the same thing was suggested by BOOMGOESTHEDYNAMITE . Great minds think alike. Peace

The rep on the phone initially offered 1/2 off the 11 ($350) but I said I'd rather still have the overall trade deal since my 8+ isn't quite going to net the remaining $350 on the street (unless I got really lucky). I suggested the $450 since I knew I could trade it for $250 at Apple. Phone rep was nice and said she'd follow up by Sunday if she could, but I had a dragged out concurrent chat on T-Force as well and mentioned it. I think the T-Force folks have additional "powers". It came through as a $100 credit followed by a $350 credit. All good in my eyes now, just a minor hassle.
