This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Those who have purchased an iPhone 11 with Trade-In to get $700 in one time credit + statement credit, did you get the return shipping label in the package? If not, how and where can you find it? I received my iPhone 11 but it doesn't have any return shipping label to send back the older device.
Any help would be appreciated as I couldn't even see it on my account overview/activity a way to find shipping label.

Yup. It just says "Device Ordered" in account history. Don't even show any details about the device. I ordered over the DM Twitter Chat
Quote from saurabhbhalla90 :
Yes they need the IMEI
Yes, I know they need the IMEI number, make and model of the trade in device.
Just wanted to see if uknowsana provided that information to the chat.
I ordered a phone before with a 611 rep and told him that all the information he needs for the trade in was on the line # I gave him because that line was using the phone and they would have seen all the phone details.. Guess what, the rep processed it as a regular order and didn't enter any of the trade in details.

Were you able to bail? The only option I was provided with is to switch to the magenta plan which will be $40 more per month. Hmmm no thank you

I tried t-force, they are not responding. 611 chat, they said can't move to 4LP or FM2.
Wondering if tmobile has cut jobs significantly. its been 3 hours with tforce on twitter... one person showed up half an hr ago to verify account and crickets after that....

Does anyone know if I create a new account and port ⁴/5 numbers from my previous acc which is under my brother name would i still be eligible for the free line? I'm planning on upgrading to magenta from SC but they keep telling me I can't add more than 5 lines on my SC so waiting 1 year is out of the question..

I have not tried it yet. I keep waffling. Not sure if I want to fork over more cash each month. The new line would be nice, but I don't really need it.

And if I stack a phone promo to this deal, it is going to cost $200 no matter how I slice it, but I really do not need a new phone.

And then there is the time involved trying to find a rep who knows what they are doing. And then there is the risk of a rep screwing up my account, which might require hours of headache to remedy.

I mostly want to do the switch so that I can qualify for future promos. Too bad I cannot just swap out of this plan to another grandfathered plan, even without adding a new line for free.

I will probably wait until TForce is responding to people again since they are more knowledgeable than 611. Right now they seem overwhelmed so I will probably sleep on it and decide later once I can see for sure what they can offer, if anything.

But honestly, the more time that passes, the less appealing all of this seems to me. I may just stay with what I have for now.

I hear ya. I was able to get TForce on FB finally! They can't move me to another grandfathered plan. The only option is to go with the Magenta and it'll be $140 each month before hookup. Kickback will not move to the new plan. I don't need a 4th line right now but i will need it within the next year or so. I definitely don't need a new phone right now either. So all in all, in a similar situation as you.

I wonder if TForce can see the history in FB messaging and 611 chat because I've went to multiple reps asking the same question.

One 611 rep quoted me $104 a month which is $40 more than what i'm paying. I don't know how that person got to the $104. Maybe i'll try again tomorrow and see if works.

As time passes, i think it's more unlikely i can take advantage of the 4th line free.

The initial rep from last friday screwed me by switching me to the magenta plan and saying everything is the same (she failed to tell me that my new rate is $112 a month). it took me over 3 days to get everything back and i'm not even certain if the rate is the same (it doesn't look right on the account right now).

Anyone has any luck moving grandfathered plans still? I feel ppl that were able to switch to a grandfathered plan were all from last friday to sunday and nothing recent.

Not sure if this has already been said. But I on the simple choice plan (4 lines (10gb) for $125(now upgraded to unlimited) ) plus 1 free line per previous promo + 1 $5 line for a father's day promo years ago was able to get it. I didn't have to pay the $30 or any fee. I was asked for the sim card number ( I used a spare one that comes in the box with a new phone) and when asked for an MEID number I gave them that of an old phone I had lying around. It worked. Free line. Didn't have to pay a cent. I did this though text.

I too have this plan. Wonder myself. Haven't tried it yet but for sure don't see the free 4 GB on the line. So assume the free line is only 2.5 GB.

They had initially put me on the 6 gb plan for $15 a month, I told them that I didn't want that and wanted what was on my other lines.

From Facebook T-force:
Quote :
Regarding the data, I confirmed that all but the line ending in XXXX have 4gb of promo data, it has the 6gb for $15/month. The 4gb of promo data is grandfathered, but I was able to go through another group to get it added back as a one-time courtesy. I do need to let you know that this promo may be removed from the systems in the future, so it's possible that we may not be able to add it again if you ever move away from it again, but your lines would keep it for as long as they choose to Smilie

Youll have to add free line now. Then cancel one line in a year.
Why a year & not 90 days?

Lucky you. Tried but only able to get 3GB, extra 0.5GB pretty useless, along with Data Stash.

I had Magenta with stay connected discount and a free line and added one more free line with this. However this doesn't show in my account and my account show $10 more than before with stay connected discount. Tmobile says discount will come and I did receive test confirming discount. Has anybody in this situation where text came but account doesn't show a line item discount for 2020 Line on us? Also did anybody get their bill in this situation and was that correct with discount?

Not sure if this has been asked, but maybe someone can shine in.

I'm on old Simple Choice plan. They came up with promo before and I got a free line already. Do you think I can get another one now with current promo? Thanks!
