How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Since I don't want to change number, does anyone know if I can put my current sim card into the new OnePlus 8 that I bought from this promo? And use the new sim card number that came with the Oneplus 8 on a different phone? Or do I have to activate the Oneplus 8 with the new sim first ? Just want to make sure it''d still be eligible for the monthly credit for the phone and new free line. Thanks

10 lines on simple choice already. With 2 lines on us. I was able to add an 11th line, but by moving one of my existing to Digits Only. Technically 11 lines, but pay for 8 ($100 + 40).

I bought a OnePlus with 50% on bill credits that aligns with the free line promo.

Used a new SIM card I already had.
I am on SCFUTT6, and already have 10 lines active. The rep mentioned it won't be possible to add a 11th line; He found that if I move to SC NA plan, that has 12 line possibility. But I lose the stateside international plan ($10/account) and international calling is per line with SC NA, so quite costly for the plan.
Anyone else had any success with SC basic plan and add 11th line?
This digits only option is interesting, but I don't have a line that can go without SMS (which seems like digits only won't support).

Hi everyone,

for someone who got on the Samsung BOGO Promo along with this free line, different CSRs are repeatedly saying that I have to have one of the new phone on the new line otherwise I won't qualify for this promo.

Is anyone in same boat ?

Also, T-Mobile has something called eSim, that I see on their website for iPhones, but not available yet for Samsung, does anyone have any idea about it ? With that, I can add a new line as a 2nd line on the same # and my promotion will stay Active.

TIA.

Everyone who is happy due to 2nd free line, it is too early to celebrate. I talked to a rep last night, got offer 2nd free line. I told him that I already took the first free line promo. He said no worries. He also saw that I will be charged for $20 and then will be waived once system detected. I didn't trust him. So I disconnected and talked to other rep. He said you will be charged $20 for this line. I mention about first rep and he said the first rep might not know properly about promo.

So my advice is if you have a lot of free time ( like jobless or furloughed due to covid 19) do it. You can call your credit company and t mobile and argue with them. For those who don't have time, don't do it. It is just a waste of your precious time
I guess these is no more debate on this any more. Someone has confirmed with rep 2nd free line won't work at all even though the rep agreed to add a 2nd free line initially:

How does adding the free line work? I went to tmobile store and the rep offeree to port in a line from att for $60 cash, cant I just do it for free online?
You sure that was a corporate TMO store? And was he offering to supply you an ATT # to port in? Or to port in the att # you already have? Either way, fishy

And you're porting in to get the iPhone 11 deal?

If you qualify for the free line (and thus also qualify for port in phone deal) then yes just do it online, or go to a corporate store, or kiosk at Costco. That's where I went (for sim, not for trade in, port in deal)

If you're not sure if you qualify, read the Wiki, and if still not sure contact them through 611 or message TForce.

Kind of scary the lack of security with Tmobile though. I ordered a SIM card via TForce last Friday morning. Shipped Friday night. Looks like UPS has lost it since it has not moved in the last 3 days. I go to the store just now to purchase another SIM card planning to come home and activate it. He says he will do it for me. What's the cell phone number. Walked out with it working. No asking for ID, text code to main line, pin number, nothing. Just paid the $10 again and he said feel free to pop it into any phone I would like. Way too easy to get a SIM card on an account.

Oh well finally got my free line working just in time to use it as a hotspot for a long road trip for the kids.

The store rep seems to not realize he is opening himself to liability if a hacker got thru to a victim's 2FA this way.

Did you get the plan change for this free line offer? I tried calling 611 and then tforce on twitter to go from FRLTUL2LP to FRLTUL4LP, but no joy.
I only had a plan change from 8 lines to 9 lines. After they added back the free line for friends and fam this did not change my plan. So currently I'm still on FRLTUL9FM and have a friends and fam free line.

Oh! So have you gotten a second promo added to your account showing one from last week and one from this week?

Has any one got some documented trade-in instructions for the iPhone 11 promo to share? Just don't want to make any stupid mistake during trade-in process, costing time and energy.

TIA.
