How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Yes, it will work. number changes are fine, as long as there are no cancellations on your end.
Thank you for the reply. Does she need to port her existing T-Mobile number out and cancel her plan or can my free line just be changed to her line by rep?

I'm just realizing her line is already on T-Mobile, it would be a change of ownership and not a port of a number. I'm not sure it can be transferred to replace the existing free line.

Your best bet is to call and ask, if they do say it isn't possible, what you can do is port her number out to a different carrier, those inexpensive ones like RedPocket and such, then port into T-Mobile on top of the free line.

Have a question and hoping someone might notice and help Smilie

Have been a T-Mobile customer for about 4 years now with 2 Lines on TMobileONE with unlimited talk, text and data. Wanted to add the free third line so I texted 611. I was told I can get a new line for free. Then I asked if I can combine it with the Apple Device Promo. The rep told me the offer for XS half off is not stackable with the free line offer. Trying to figure out if it is true or not.

Was anyone able to combine the two offers? Can you please let me know.

Thank you

The free line promo stacks with the iPhone XS and iPhone SE. The only one that doesn't work well is the iPhone 11 deal because that requires a port-in.

This just sounds like a case of rep roulette. Call again or write.

Thank you. The rep told me he went through training for 10 hours and how the system will timeout to apply. Attached screenshot.

I just noticed you deleted your original comment. You had put you were on a Magenta plan, now I read your new comment. Only newer and current plans like Magenta and Essentials qualify for the XS. T-Mobile One and Simple Choice don't qualify.

So the rep is right, just that they didn't even explain that part. You need a qualifying plan.

"Which rate plans qualify for this iPhone offer?

Magenta®, Magenta® Plus, Essentials, Magenta® Unlimited 55, Magenta® Plus Unlimited 55, Magenta® First Responder, Magenta® Plus First Responder, Magenta® Military, and Magenta® Plus Military rate plans."

^ this. Don't order the XS with a new line on an older plan. Looks like the SE is the best option if you want an iPhone for the new line.

They don't even get 10 hours of training for the super secret and big Uncarrier events/offers LMAO it stacks as long as your rate plan qualifies.

They are right as for you must have one of the following plan:

Magenta®, Magenta® Plus, Essentials, Magenta® Unlimited 55, Magenta® Plus Unlimited 55, Magenta® First Responder, Magenta® Plus First Responder, Magenta® Military and Magenta® Plus Military

Is there a way to make the military magenta plans work for the free line? I have 4 lines for $100, with Netflix. Wanted to add one free line but was told NO! That it would be $10/month. Or even the iPhone on us.....

Military and first responder plans are not eligible. If you want the free line, you would need to drop the military discount, which isn't really worth it.

As for the iPhone on us promo, you need to add a new line (paid in this case), trade in a phone, and port in a number.

"How do I get this iPhone offer?

To save up to $700 on an eligible iPhone, you must:

Activate at least one new line of qualifying service on an eligible plan to be used with the new device

Qualified rate plans include: Magenta, Magenta Plus, Magenta Military, Magenta Plus Military, Magenta First Responders, Magenta Plus First Responders, Magenta Unlimited 55, Magenta Plus Unlimited 55, Essentials, Essentials Unlimited 55, ONE, ONE Plus, and Business Unlimited.

Port-in at least one phone number

Trade-in an eligible device..."
