How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

I have SC plan with 2GB data. I just noticed the newly added free line has 6GB data which costs extra $15/month. Anyone else has same experience?
My new Line was Essential Plans line, which converted my whole account to Essentials and raised my overall cost by $35 per month, i called to complain and now they placed me back on SC with 0 GB data so now i'm back on the phone with them and they wont pick up. Best of luck my friend.

The shipping label PDF should be on your order status page on the T-Mobile website. If you can't find it there, message T-Mobile again and they should be able to send you a link to your PDF.

They don't give you another box, so you'll probably want to reuse the brown box that your iPhone came in.

So the Tmo rep added the free line promo today, and I have the new line showing with sim activation in my account. However, I did not get the new phone added on the line at the time, as the rep was leaving for the day and told me just to add it in my account on my own by selecting Upgrade on the new line.

Do I need to do that tonight before the free line deal expires, or am I OK to do it tomorrow since the free line is already added in my account?

From what I can tell, it looks like I am still on SC plan, but only this line has 6GB data which cost $15. If I hit manage add-on, I can see 3 choices : No data $0, 6GB $15, 10GB $30.
I just got off the phone talking to the rep. She said it takes 1-2 billing cycle to reflect free line. Not sure if that is true or not.

How much is your plan now? T-Force was able to add one plus promo on my free 4th line
How did you approach getting them to add it to your fourth Ifree) line? Did you go through Facebook, Twitter, ? Did you ask, or just act as though you thought it would still be there? I'm not really sure how to approach.

Actually they replied to my question this morning. They said the ONE Plus add-on will show up within two billing cycles. I assume the free line discount will show up within that timeframe.
How did you approach them on this (getting the free One Plus add on on the free line)? Did you just chat with T-Force and ask straight up if it will show up later, or did you ask them to add it, or what?

I was under the impression it would be added to my line, but when I read back, even though I asked, they never addressed that part of my question directly, and it was left somewhat ambiguous.

I'm no authority on this but you should be good to add it tomorrow assuming the phone promo you want is still active tomorrow. I believe you have 14 days from adding a line to take advantage of adding a phone promotion to it.

Sent a DM on Facebook and Twitter an hour ago and still no response from a rep... also tried to tweet tmobilehelp as well. Is the queue time usually this long as of recent due to the promo...?

611 is pretty much useless and can potentially screw up even more.... I had my fair share of screw ups with them.... best is to contact T-force via fb or twitter
Called 611, the rep took care of me in few minutes. Got a free sim and I'm all good. Haven't been charged for an activation yet, but I see the line added to my account with a number already. The last time I got a free line, I was so stupid to port the number out which canceled my free line so make sure you don't do that. Very happy with T Mobile.

I had to wait 3 hrs a week ago for a response, and since today is the last day of the promo...
On another occasion I had to wait 6 hrs.

This is true, 14 days to add it to the new line.

Fark this! It's just too many unknowns. I canceled the "free" line, got the $10 credit for the SIM charge.

When the XS comes here, I'll refuse delivery. It they charge me $50 restocking fee, I'll call and have that credited as well.

Is it safe to assume that once they get the XS back, the EIP will be canceled, or do I have to contact them again?
You are a good example of greed. There are quite a few SDers did what you did and will learn it the hard way. Simple Choice plan is not qualified for 50% XS as it stated very clear. A lot of people tried to act stupid and wiggled their way to get it. They did not realize that they would jump into a rough ride in near future. These are words I got from 4 different REPs. Good Luck to those with SC plan trying to get the 50% off XS.
