Right, you can't please everyone nor will every item at costco be a home run. But they're not fake. Bad =/= counterfeit.

the color actually didn't pass those asian tests. they said this costcos color is only for those who dont know much about the full potential of this "miracle medicine". they paid $15/gram for those imported iranian strings with a reason, best red color (ie. quality).
