The $100 egift card will be sent by email within 20 days and will expire 90 days from issuance. The Amex offer (Spend $599 or more, get $120 back) works in one or more transactions as long it is by July 31, so there is about at least 10-15 days to use the $100 gift card in another purchase of $213.01 ($113.01 without the gift card) or more to qualify for the Amex offer.

I got the 2K version of this monitor, U2719DC (last year's model), it's a sweet monitor. I use it for work. Dell monitors are solid and these come with an awesome 3 year warranty too in case.

I'm about 5 weeks into my purchase. Both screens have that huge gap in bezel and one has major light bleed. Will I be able to get Dell to accept a return/ refund since I am past the 21 or 30 days? If so, who can best authorize that - e.g., what # or department?
