This is a rather silly thing to say without providing any context or backing up your claims.

I can tell you from an Enterprise level, we have deployed thousands of Dell computers to our users, and the comment you made is not at all accurate.

I am not referring to this computer specifically, but Dell in general.
14 day return policy bestbuy
90 days return policy costco. No need to give up first born or beg
4 year warranty from Costco. I used it on a laptop before. Working great as I type on it,

Costco is your friend.

I buy air fryers, blenders, those JAM bluetooth speakers, stuff like that at Best Buy. At costco I buy the expensive stuff.

I had a TV go bad after 14 days....I dragged it back to Costco...and had a hot dog and coke for 1.50. Got a new TV...from Costco...better and cheaper than the last one.

Costco is your friend. Best buy uses " The Retail Equation" for returns. Just google what that means.

We spoke with the Costco guy who knows about the laptops. He said...if you dont like it...you got 90 days...no problem. What store would ever say that to customer,

Costco is your friend.

For 50 bucks more you are getting a way better laptop..better specs...more drives...cool keyboard...sold out online in two days.
Reading the reviews this laptop gets pretty hot even with a cooling pad.

If you can get another $120 off, very good deal. Only thing with these Dells is their thermals. Will need to figure out how to undervolt/lower clock of CPU. Will help a lot. And find a good curve for the GPU.

Great response. I have a G7 and I had to do all that to keep it usable. Also remember that although it's a laptop it must be plugged in for maximum performance.

Try to copy/paste the link to a new browser tab, that should work.
