The "Stella Staycation Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, (the "Entrant").

Sweepstakes begins Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends Monday, August 31, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

LIMIT: You may enter one time during the Sweepstakes Period per person.

There will be one (1) drawing to award one (1) Grand Prize ("Prize") and a second drawing to award one (1) matching Grand Prize (each a "Prize" and each a "Winner"). The potential winners will be randomly selected by the Administrator from all eligible entries submitted in a random drawing taking place on or about Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

Each Winner may select between one (1) of the following prize options. Each Prize option has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $5,000.
Prize Option #1: White Glove Staycation Travel Planning for a U.S. based Staycation for two (2) not to exceed $5,000 based on the selected matching itinerary of their fellow Winner's itinerary. Winner to work with designated representative to assist in booking:

• Lodging: at a 5 bubble-rated hotel (as rated on Tripadvisor)
• Car rental service or similar
• $1,000 Viator Gift Card. USD Viator Promotion Code valid on the Viator EN platform.
• $1,000 Food and beverage allowance (paid via check in name of winner)
• Balance of un-spent funds paid via check in the name of the winner.

Prize Option #2: Winner may select a $5,000 check in lieu of Option #1 above to build their own Staycation of their choice or to spend as they please.
