I grill mine on a 3 burner weber grill, left and right burners on medium with center burner off. Pre-heat grill for 10-15 mins. Let steaks rest at room temp for 30-45 mins. Brush with avocado oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Place in center of grill, close lid, grill for 13 mins per side (grill temp will be around 425). Take off, place a square of butter on each piece, loosely tent for 7-8 mins. Serve. Better than any steakhouse IF you can find the good pieces. Most at costco are small, lots of fat on the sides, and falling apart. However if you pick the good ones you are only paying $30 vs $80 from the local butcher.
