The Q6DT is the Costco version of the Q60T. RTINGS Rates: Q6DT=7.2, Hisense H8G=7.8, TCL 6-series=7.8, TCL 8-series=8.0. Samsung review attached... very lackluster.

70" maximizes the space in my family room so that's why I am considering going with the Q6DT for $950 on Wed 8/5 when it goes on sale at Costco. I'm having doubts after reading reviews (black levels, viewing angles, etc.) about the Q60 and Q6DTA. Would it be better to go with a 65" Q70 or Q7DT or another Brand like LG or Vizio? Any idea on how often deals come around?

Or are there other 70" TVs that are rated better than the Q7DT?

Not sure but what is the refresh rate, rting says 60 but on Bjs and other retailers says 120. I think they may have mistaken it for motion rate?
