bravaZULUThis is a targeted offer for personal platinum cardholders. I wasn't targeted.

There are separate Dell "perks" for Business Platinum cardholders.

I can't speak to other plat cards.

I thought I was missed too.Then I checked my app and the offer was there. From your mobile app, check the offers tab. I didn't see it when I logged on to the web browser. Good luck.

I got it on one platinum card, but not the other. My partner did not get it on her platinum card, either through the webpage or the app.

So I am guessing it is targeted for most users, not quite all.

The 27" monitor goes on sale around $100 to $119 on staples during Black Friday. Probably pandemic price hike, the same one is $209 now.

Got an Amazon Echo Show 8 - price matched to Staples for $99.99, and my state is one of the tax free ones this weekend so should be getting the tax refunded as well!

If you didn't add the credit on the first day, it's too late. AMEX probably had a limit to how many users they were giving credit too. I only know this because I was too late to add the credit to my AU

Tax counts. Also, you don't have to spend $100+. It's "up to $100". If you only wanted to buy some $40, you'll get credited $40.
