you are complaining because you got a free $100 to spend at Dell because things are "overpriced"?
smh...
$200 Ubereats
$100 Saks credit
$100 Dell credit
$160 Streaming
$160 Wireless

This is $720 without even leaving my home.

If even travel again:
$200 Airline credit (I will get SW credit even if not travelling)
$200 Travel credit
Hilton Gold (free breakfast)
Marriot Gold
Lounge access (Skyclub, centurion, PP etc)
Agree, they definitely are trying to avoid cancellations but they've also given insane value this year.

$200 airline credit
$200 Uber credits
$100 Saks credits
$160 wireless service credits
$160 streaming service credits
$50 small business credits

Not saying this card is always (or ever will be) the best value for non-travelers, but even in a "non-travel" year they've really stepped things up to keep customers happy.

Can you pay with two cards? I see the split payment option, was wondering if anyone has success.
I paid with 2 cards. I was a lil worried that it wouldn't go through because the cards have different billing addresses and you can only pick one address from what I seen (I could be wrong) but it worked. First I used mine where I would be shipping, then the AU card.

I purchased the Logitech MX Master 3 that comes with a $30 eGift Card and I received my AmEx offer notification 30 minutes after I received my Dell order confirmation email.
Hi,

Can you please post the link.

Thanks

Like a few others in this thread, I bought a $100 e-gift card from Dell. Amex sent the email shortly afterwards that IF this purchase qualifies, I should get a statement credit. But even though the order was purchased on Aug 6th, I'm still not seeing the statement credit on my account as of today Aug 10th. From previous screenshots posted here - it looks like folks are seeing the credit within 1 day, can anyone else confirm or share your experience please? Thanks.
Has the order actually posted on your account? Mine is still pending. It's been my experience that credits don't post until the charge finalizes on the account.

Thanks. Yes the transaction posted on Aug 7th but I'm still not seeing the credit unfortunately.

Check tomorrow. If the transaction posted Friday and the credit was issued over the weekend, it typically wouldn't show on the account until the account updates overnight due to the weekend.

Just took a look at some recent credits (streaming, small business, etc) and they have been taking 2-3 business days to post after the transaction. If your transaction didn't post until the 7th, I wouldn't expect the credit to post until the 11th or 12th.

Has anyone else had this deal DISAPPEAR from their AMEX account?!

I added this to my card last week but I havent bought anything yet. I went online to AMEX to read the fine print and there is literally no trace of the deal either available or added to my card.

WTF. Curious if this happened to anyone else before I start busting heads. Thanks for the info.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on it, still nothing yet. For some others in this thread it looked like it posted the very next day.

Purchased (6) microSD cards, 5 of one variety, 1 of another, totaling $113. Look at my statement and Dell split the charge, one charge for ~$95 and the other for ~$18. Dell says they have the right to split charges and can't cancel the order, and Amex says the system is automatic and the offer only will work if the charge is for over $100...

Would have never paid what I did for these SD cards without the offer. Be careful! Advise purchasing one item only.
