Just checked my statement, only one of the two charges was posted on my account, other one is still pending as the second item on order did not ship. May be I will get the credit after the second charge is posted. However I got an email immediately that i used Dell Offer on my Amex Plat

Ordered a new router and got immediate email notice that the promotion had fired. Now Dell is telling me the item is on backorder and no idea when it will be back in stock. They encouraged me to cancel the order and order something else, but I'm afraid I'll lose my $100 credit once the charge is reversed. Any ideas?

Just a quick update for me. Tried AU #1 of 2, posted 8/7 but still no credit for that one yet. Will be holding off on AU 2 until I see the first AU credit post.

Awesome, ordered 2 items on 8/5, which was split by Dell to 2 separate transactions ($60 + $80). Just received a 1 x $100 Dell credit today, 8/12.

It doesn't matter if you spend $100 on 1 item, or multiple items. It's smart enough to calculate it for you.
