I noticed a new offer pop up under Samsung option.. which is giving $500 off for trade in for galaxy s8/iphone 6s/pixel 3 and above using respective carrier financing option..

This deal works for the Note 20 (non Ultra) also, which brings the price down to $500.

https://www.samsung.com/us/smartp...20-5g/buy/

- you have to select s8, iphone 6s, or pixel 3 in trade in
- select device (note 20 5g/$462) (note 20 ultra 5g/$739.99) with edu discount
- select either verizon
- select 128 gb
- scroll further down and select carrier offers
- Get up to 50% off Galaxy Note20 5G/Note20 Ultra 5G with Galaxy S8 or above trade-in & carrier financing

you can add additional discount like 5% referral / $200 reserve credit coupon / 10% cancel trick to maximize the offer. (I'm not sure about this. Someone else added this part).

https://www.samsung.com/us/smartp...20-5g/buy/

Someone keeps marking this deal as expired. But I'm still seeing the $500 discount with trade-in for Verizon.

The non ultra phone is garbage for the price. Go for the ultra. I am typing this on the ultra and its the best phone I've ever used. Look up reviews on non vs ultra. Not worth it

Hilarious we see all these promotions pop up now that the Pixel 4a has been confirmed to be the real deal.

Don't forget to mention that it's a bill credit.
It isn't bill credits, it is an instant discount. Also they only charge tax on the discounted amount, which is appreciated. The last phone I bought (from Best Buy) charged on the full amount even though it was also an instant discount.

why is this getting thumbs down and hidden. seems to be a good deal for those with s8, such as myself, very close to doing this. unsure if it will work, since i am a current sprint customer and don't want to add a new line or change my plan?

Crying2 I have no idea why it's getting voted down. I thought this is a HUGE deal, esp for people like me who were on the fence with a 3 y/o phone. I almost had to do a double take when I saw the $500 discount.

Voted down by people who aren't on Verizon

My tax came out to $112.54 (with ear buds live). Which I believe means I was charged tax based on the full retail value of the phone ($1300).

You need to select Verizon as carrier and then select the offer of 500 for trade somewhere in the middle of the page

For BOGO offer, what are the plan options? Can someone share? It won't show until I put all my info into new Verizon account. TIA

The two options are $400 trade in, and a buyback value of $500, which means I would have to send the S20 back within 20 months, no?
