Seems like it's fine for a lot of folks, but it burns the flip out of my armpits. I don't have trouble with most other aluminum-free deodorants, so take that as you will.
I find this stuff reacts poorly on my skin when I introduce highly chlorinated water (pool). Gives me a small but uncomfortable rash. Otherwise, I haven't had any issues. Odor free for roughly 14 hours for me.
This is the only deodorant I use, for at least the last 10 years.
I have had it cause a little rash a couple of times, but neve did associate it with the chlorine from the pool - will have to keep a watch for that. It used to bother me if I applied it more than once per day, as when I lived in Florida I would have to change shirts multiple times per day because of the awful humidity. If I reapplied it , it could cause some irritation.

But, I NEVER pay this much. I ALWAYS score it for $1 or less when coupons are available. Sometimes it is $1, sometimes I get it for $0.75 and a couple of times I've managed $0.50 each. Depends on the coupon deals available. It goes on sale about twice a year at the drug and grocery stores. I usually buy 8 or 10 once a year.

Thanks OP! Been trying to grab a few more sticks but it always sells out before I see the deal. This stuff works well, smells good, doesn't irritate, and doesn't have any aluminum or other crap in it. Can't be beat for the price.

Which other aluminum-free deodorants would you recommend that are long lasting? I've looked through Amazon and every "natural" deodorant I've found has reviews saying it gave them a rash or it just doesn't last long.

I get that from Old Spice aluminum-free deodorant. Haven't had that problem with arm & hammer. Weird how that works

Mega doses like drinking antifreeze are dangerous, small doses in this item are safe. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NhUmPe-CEHU

I honestly haven't found one I really like. Dr. Teal's doesn't burn me, but it goes on rooooough. Not smooth at all. Schmidt's doesn't burn me, but the textures is fairly sticky. The Seventh Generation one is EXTREMELY sticky, and straight up dyes my armpit hair strawberry blonde. I kid you not.
I'm about to give up and just use normal Old Spice again, carcinogens be darned.
