The 2020 Pepsi® Bills "Circle The Wagons" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 17, 2020 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, residing in New York who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Entry.
An entrant is limited to one (1) entry per person, per household, per email, per day.
Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Tailgate Truck experience with a truck visit outside of winner's home for winner and up to fourteen (14) guests on the day of a Buffalo Bills game (as determined by Sponsor), one (1) Weber 22" Charcoal Grill, one (1) set of Pepsi branded grilling tools, one (1) 26-quart Pepsi Branded Cooler and one (1) Regulation Size Pepsi Pong foldable table. Tailgating truck experience will provide food (selected by Sponsor), with a TV for winner and guests to watch the game and games along with a 2-hour appearance from former Buffalo Bills player Thurman Thomas (subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $750. If any Grand Prize experience is cancelled for any reason (decision to be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) Grand Prize Winners will receive $750, awarded in the form of a check in lieu of the Grand Prize.
Sixteen (16) First Prize Tailgate Prize Packs will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Weber 22" Charcoal Grill, one (1) set of Pepsi branded grilling tools, one (1) 26-quart Pepsi Branded Cooler, and one (1) Regulation Size Pepsi Pong foldable table. ARV of each First Prize: $650.
