Note: although it said you need to port in, I was able to checkout by getting a new #. So probably no need to port.

I learned from SD to get a Sim from ebay to port out from Sprint. I think it will serve the same purpose.
Go to eBay and search at&t phone port (2.49 + tax, I used empiremobi)
phone, account and pin numbers emailed to you

From other threads, there's something about this e6 that is different than others.

uhhh yeah? I think the $25 price point reflects that and no where was it mentioned that this was actually free free. You still have to trade in and also purchase 1 month of service

I activated both phones and my return phones were delivered yesterday morning. Still no confirmation email.

I've done Visible swaps 5 times in the last year and I think I have gotten 1 email stating that the swap was accepted. In other words, I wouldn't sweat it too much if you don't get the "swap accepted" email.

Sigh...apparently they ran out and sent me the ZTE A3 without it even advising me. I used chat to reach out to them. They can cancel the port and they offered but I already have the Prime and I was only recycling the phone so whatever maybe I can get a few buck for it. Not what I hoped for but better that what I had a brand New Blu Phone that I cracked the screen on the first day I had it. I bought everything to replace the screen but that was 6 years ago and I never go around to it cause I had a backup phone

I am beginning to suspect that Visible will only send a swap phone received confirmation email when you send in a phone that powers on so they can check the IMEI matches with what you initially told them. However, they won't send a confirmation if you send a phone without a working battery, or if the IMEIs are somehow mismatched.

The reason I say this is because I didn't receive an email when I sent in a no-battery Galaxy S3 mini in July (for a ZTE A3). I also didn't receive an email for a recent E6 swap when I sent in a flip phone that did have a battery but which I couldn't charge because I couldn't find the charge cable. I did receive a confirmation email, however, for a a cracked screen but working Galaxy Nexus.

I have two more phones dropped off at UPS on Monday that are awaiting delivery. I sent neither one of them with batteries. One of them is an old Samsung Captivate that I fished out of a Home Depot recycling bin without a battery. The other one is a non-working Samsung Galaxy Avant. That one will power on with a working battery but the phone boot loops. We'll see what happens on the confirmations.

YES!!! I am having issues with a port-in from Tello, too. Each time I sign-in to the Visible App on the Moto e6 I get a message indicating the number isn't finished porting over ["Once your old carrier unplugs your service, you'll be able to recieve calls and text. Should be quick"]. However, the phone *mostly* works on the number I am porting in - reports that number in Android "SIM Status" screen, asserts that number on outbound Caller ID & text messages, and rings at that number - IF and ONLY IF - I dial the number with "1" before the area code!

I chatted with Visible customer support in app and asked if the port-in was complete and why I got the message indicating otherwise when I launched the App ... they couldn't answer. Told me to delete and re-install the Visible App on my Moto; that made no difference.

Also, when I login to Tello.com the number is no longer listed in my account there.

Visible's A3 Prime is not dual SIM.

so regardless or email or no email, we are safe once they receive our phone thats' it right?

I got in before port requirement and went to ups in person and got receipt. The moment my package made it to fort worth, I wasn't worried.

Got my swap email today, 5 days later. Business days.
